As a Raintree 15 Member, yu are limited t a maximum f three Pints Alltments per use year. Remember that nce yu accelerate frm future year s Pints Alltments, this cannt be undne. Please nte: Yu can accelerate Pints frm the end f yur Membership term at the rate f tw annual Pints Alltments per year beginning n the first year f their Membership. Brrwing Pints: Yu may brrw Pints frm yur next use years Pints Alltments. Fr brrwed Pints in a given use year, yu can make a reservatin up t 365 days befre yur check-in date. Deferred Usage: Raintree 15 Members can defer their Pints Alltment and related Maintenance Fee fr a given use year t the fllwing use year, which gives yu mre Pints in future use years. At the time yu defer usage, yu pay an administrative fee. Yu must ntify Raintree Vacatin Club if yu wish t defer yur usage fr a given year n later than 90 days befre yur annual Maintenance Fee is due. Please nte: This feature is available in the secnd thrugh furteenth years f yur Membership; it is nt available fr the first r fifteenth year and nly ne deferred Maintenance Fee can be utstanding at a time. This benefit is based n availability; if available, yu will be upgraded by ne unit size. Guest Certificates: Yu may gift a vacatin t an immediate family member fr n charge. Yu can access these resrts thrugh Prizzma, an easy-t-use website that allws yu t search fr resrt availability by destinatin r experiences and make reservatins using yur Raintree Vacatin Club Pints. Please lg n t t access Prizzma thrugh the Member s Only Area. RCI Weeks give yu access t a vast array f additinal resrts and accmmdatins. These reservatins can be made tw years prir t yur check-in date. As a Raintree Vacatin Club Member, yu have the ptin f using the On-Ging Search feature befre cmmitting t using RCI is the largest vacatin exchange cmpany in the Weeks. On-Ging Search allws wrld. It has ver 4,500 resrts in 100 cuntries. Members t have n nging search fr specific accmmdatins at resrts within RCI. Yu will receive a ntificatin if we find accmmdatins that meet yur search criteria. A refundable RCI exchange fee is required t enable this feature. Please cntact a Raintree Vacatin Guide t take advantage f On-Ging Search. RCI Pints give yu access t resrts affiliated with RCI Pints. These reservatins can be made up t ten mnths prir t yur check-in date. Yu pay an pt-in fee fr this extra flexibility nly if yu chse t use it. RCI Pints Partners lets yu spend RCI pints n travel arrangements like air transprtatin and car rentals. Raintree Vacatin Club has twenty different resrts in fifteen select destinatins, and yu have access t all f them. If yu have a specific destinatin in mind, yu can use ur website s search engine t check if Raintree has resrts there. Q: HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION WITH RAINTREE VACATION CLUB OR RCI? Members nw have tw ways t make reservatins: by calling a Raintree Vacatin Guide at the cntact numbers listed n this dcument r by lgging nt and selecting the desired resrt r clicking thrugh t the Alliances tab t bk with RCI. Please nte that Maintenance Fees must be current fr yu t use yur Raintree Vacatin Club Membership. 7 7 Q: WHAT IF MY POINTS ALLOTMENT DOESN T COVER THE UNIT AND WEEK THAT I WANT TO RESERVE? Yu have the ptin t either brrw a pints alltment frm yur next use year r accelerate a pints alltment frm the last use year f yur cntract. If brrwing pints yu will pay a maintenance fee at the current year s rate and then be billed the difference n the next use year. If accelerating pints yu will pay an acceleratin fee equal t that f the current year s maintenance fee less the annual Membership fee. Yu can request any f these ptins up t 365 days prir t yur check-in date. If yu cancel a reservatin that was made with brrwed r accelerated Pints, we will refund yur Pints but nt yur Maintenance Fee(s). Q: I HAVE AN ALTERNATE MEMBERSHIP TYPE AND IT IS NOT MY USE YEAR, CAN I STILL REQUEST A RESERVATION? Yes: yu can either make a reservatin using Raintree Rentals r call a Raintree Vacatin Guide and ask him r her t review yur travel ptins available thrugh RCI r yu may als chse t accelerate ne Pints Alltment int an ff year. Q: CAN I USE MY POINTS TO MAKE RESERVATIONS WITH RAINTREE VACATION CLUB AND RCI IN THE SAME USE YEAR? Yes: bth types f reservatins can be made cncurrently since all transactins have a certain Pint value. Yu may make bth types f reservatins at any time during yur use years. Q: DO I NEED ANY DOCUMENTS TO CHECK INTO A RAINTREE RESORT? Yes: please bring yur printed Raintree Vacatin Club reservatin cnfirmatin, which yu will receive after yur reservatin is cnfirmed, a credit card fr incidental charges, and a valid pht ID. Yu will need t present these items upn check-in. Q: ARE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES THE SAME FOR ALL RAINTREE RESORTS? N: check-in/check-ut dates and times, alng with husekeeping fees and ther fees, are specific t each resrt. 8 8 POINTS USAGE CHARTS E ach resrt has a Pints Usage Chart, which yu may find by visiting ur website and lgging int the Members Only area. Pint Usage Charts are a tl that yu can use t see hw many Pints yu will need t bk at a specific resrt fr a specific date range. Step 1: Select the type f unit yu want t reserve, which shuld be based n the number f peple traveling in yur party. Step 2: Cnfirm that yu've chsen the unit that best fits yur needs by reviewing the amenities that are available in each type f units. Step 3: Ensure that yur party will nt exceed the number listed in Maximum Occupancy (Max. Occ) fr yur selected unit and will be cmfrtable with the number f private bathrms available per bedrm (Priv. 9 9 Step 4: Select the dates yu want t travel. A week is defined as a seven-day stay (fr example, a Saturday check-in and a Saturday check-ut).
