The annual Tammer Tournament, held since 1977, has gained world-wide appreciation for excellent organization and hospitality. 4 39 th INTERNATIONAL TAMMER TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS AND COMPETITION RULES * Accommodation&meals during the tournament (max.8 boxers + 2 officials) 40 euros per day per person in triple room (2 beds + extra bed from the sofa chair) 45 euros per day per person in twin room 75 euros per day per person in single room * The LOC provides: - accommodation&meals for one AIBA 3*/2*// 1* R&J (in twin room) - transportation from/to Tampere airport, railway station and bus station upon arrival/departure - local transportation during the tournament - training facilities - tournament awards (medals, special awards and gifts for 1 st and 2 nd place) * European boxers must have the European Health Insurance Card with them in case of medical services needed. The organizer does not provide medical insurance. * Travel costs to Tampere and back home are the responsibility of the participating team. All teams must pay the accommodation fee at the time of arrival in cash (EURO only) or by bank transfer in advance. Team Delegations will not be able to receive accreditation cards and hotel rooms before the payment has been fully made. Composition of the official delegation * Each participating association may bring one boxer in each weight category. * At the official delegation teams may have max. 8 boxers, two officials (team leader & coach OR 2 coaches) and one AIBA referee/judge. * Teams with less than less than 3 boxers, may not include more officials than boxers. * Each participating association should bring AIBA Star-qualified referee/judge. * Additional people outside the official delegation are charged 100 Euro/day/person (full board) for their accommodation in twin rooms. * Additional persons outside the official delegation are charged 120 Euro/day/person (full board) for their accommodation in single rooms. * Teams that arrive prior to 18 th October 2018 or leave after 22 nd October 2018 are charged 100 Euro/day/person for accommodation with breakfast (no other meals) in twin rooms. Competition Rules The tournament will be carried out in 10 official men elite weight categories and according to the AIBA rules. The participants must have equipment that is in conformity with the AIBA rules: vest, trunks, gum shield, an up-to-date record book, etc. Bouts consist of 3 rounds, 3 minutes each. Delegations can participate in the tournament only by fulfilling the conditions set in this invitation. Boxers must bring their valid AIBA Medical Certification to the General weigh-in.

5 39th INTERNATIONAL TAMMER TOURNAMENT Women s competition Addition to men s tournament, we will host women s invitational elite competition in weight categories 60kg and 69kg. Competition format will be Round Robin with 4 boxers in the category. Every boxer meets each other in turn, which means that all four boxers will get three bouts. One of the boxers will be from Finland so there will be three spots open. Teams interested in bringing women boxers 60kg and/or 69kg boxer with the team to participate in Tammer Tournament Round Robin, please inform us about that when you send your numerical entry. Also inform who the boxers you suggest for the Round Robin are.
