(National Development Center) is located 10 minutes from Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini International Airport, in Buenos Aires (Figure 2). -CeNaDe has the structural capacity to arrangement with emergencies. Around 50,000 people attend different sports and recreational activities each year. The property has insurance of civil responsibility, security and medical assistance 24 hours.
