The teams whose athletes need to be classified have to send the FISA Medical Diagnostics Form and required supporting documentation in English 30 days prior to the start of the event April 16 th, and must be ed to Judy Morrison, FISA Head of Classification at jmorrisonpt@verizon.net by that date for approval. Failure to provide the required medical documentation by the deadline may result in the athlete not being classified and therefore not being able to compete at this event. Please refer also at Closing date for classification on page 6. Inas events: ID Athletes can race at the 3 rd INAS Indoor World Championships and at the 1 st INAS International regatta upon their inclusion in the INAS Master List (as active) no later than the final entry deadline 6 th May 2014 For entries, please fulfill the form C. Boats: Only a limited number of loan boats are available and will be preferably given to overseas teams, for request, please fulfill the form A by 16 th April 2014
