Main partners can speak in one of the conferences on their areas of expertise inasmuch as what has been scheduled so far and as the Editorial Board gives its consent. Our main partners will be given visibility on our materials to our target audience, made of real estate decision-makers, as well as on our signs at the exhibition: Logo on the exhibition schedule; Logo on every page of the exhibition website, with a link to our partners websites; 4 banner stands for the conference rooms during the whole RENT event (one outside the rooms and one inside, to be provided by the partners); Image of the partners at the beginning of each conference; Mentions on our LinkedIn and Facebook accounts; Logo in our mailings. Main partners will be granted six invitations for RENT2014 Cost: 2, euros

Conference sponsor Cost of sponsorship 3,000.00 euros excl. VAT We do not have more than three conference sponsors for one conference. It costs each sponsor three thousand euros.

3 Conference sponsor Cost of sponsorship 3, euros excl. VAT We do not have more than three conference sponsors for one conference. It costs each sponsor three thousand euros. Conference sponsors can be represented by a speaker in this conference on their areas of expertise inasmuch as what has been scheduled so far and as the Editorial Board gives its consent. Our conference sponsors will be given visibility on all of our materials and signs at the exhibition: Logo on the detailed schedule of the conference page of the exhibition website, with a link to our sponsors websites; 2 banner stands for the conference room during the whole RENT event (1 outside and 1 inside, to be provided by the sponsors); Image of the sponsors at the beginning of each conference; Mentions on our LinkedIn and Facebook accounts; Logo in our mailings. Conference sponsors will be granted three invitations for RENT2014

Sponsors lanyards and badges Lanyards and badge holders will be given to visitors throughout RENT 2014.

4 Sponsors lanyards and badges Lanyards and badge holders will be given to visitors throughout RENT ,000 customised lanyards and badge holders must be provided by the partner to the organiser within 30 days before the start of the event.

5 VIP Area and reception Sponsor Cost of sponsorship 1, euros excl. VAT A banner stand is displayed in the reception area and another one in the VIP area. The sponsor provides and sets them up the afternoon the day before the exhibition opens. There are four Area sponsors maximum. Sign Sponsor The partner s logo is displayed on the eight to twelve materials specially used for the exhibition map, screens, banner stand and signs, located in the exhibition hall. There are four Sign sponsors maximum. Flyer Sponsor Every visitor is given a Flyer with the map of the exhibition and the schedule of the conferences when they enter the exhibition.
