14 General Range Rules 1. Range flags must be raised on any range which is in use. Current membership cards must be worn by all members. 2. Except during events which are open to the general public, front and rear gates shall be kept locked. 3. Observe and obey the rules posted at each range (Archery/Air Gun,, Covered Firing Line/Trap/Long Range). 4. Portable metal targets must be placed so that splatter will not reach the firing line. 5. At no time will rocks, glass bottles, bricks or similar frangible objects be used as targets. 6. Pack it in; pack it out. This includes targets. 7. Unwanted brass must be collected and deposited in the special containers at the Covered Firing Line for recycling. Cases made from any material other than brass must be removed from the Range. 8. Unfired rounds must be removed from the Range, or placed in the container marked FOR MISFIRES ONLY at the Covered Firing Line. Questions regarding specific disciplines should be directed to the appropriate Match Director listed in The Minuteman. Questions involving general range rules and/or procedures may be directed to the Chief Instructor at
