Victory (Math Room) Officers: President: Nate Cromer Treasurer: Chelse Hamilton Booster Event Coordinator: Kate Hanson Term: July 2017/2018 School Year Vice-President: Becky Dilbone Secretary: Vickie Winters No Personal Credit Card Charges Allowed--contact Jill or Chelse for payment options Donations to the Boosters are Tax Deductible (non-profit) Attendance Taken (Yes/No) Secretary: Treasurer Report Event Coordinator Report Previous Meeting Minutes Read (Approved/Denied/Changes added) Chelse-Changes going forward: 1.Provide receipts prior to reimbursements 2.Sign out required for Credit Cards, 3. Coaches review their totals, initial that amount for agreement. 4. Ask Coaches to keep their own roster of spending as a comparison. 5. Coaches to review financial book and initial approval of amounts in their accounts 6. Concessions: Two people to count money, put in safe, recount, then deposit into bank. If absent designate two people to count and sign off. 7. High School splitting cost 50/50 with activities boosters to reimburse on food concessions from the 5/6 grade VB games 1. In process of organizing, doing inventory, asking concession workers to write down things needed. 2. Restocked for the rest of the season. 3. Marking all products to clarify between teachers/booster properties. 4. New Procedure list will be posted to assist with set up for the concession preparations prior to games.
