9 Message from Rena Wood Our Dance Class Coordinator Extraordinaire FREE SHAG LESSONS WILL RESUME FEB 2nd Come dance with us at Fire & Brimstone on December 29th everyone needs to check this place out... For us it was about minutes further but not a bad drive as we hit no traffic again, hope it works out that way on the 29th. We will be at Fire & Brimstone on December 29th, New Year's Eve at the Northlake Elks Lodge in Tucker and back at Fire & Brimstone for our Re-up Party on January 5th with Jim Agee as our DJ. We will try to work in a line dance in January while the shag lessons take a break. For those of you that would like to take private lessons, we have two instructors that give private lessons. You can contact them directly for when and where. 25 The Gold Standard Band is excited to announce a new public venue where everyone can come out to dance and party with us on January 4th at 8:30 PM. We will be playing at Club 201 (American Legion Post 201) at 201 Wills Rd., Alpharetta, GA. Club 201 is all about the music and dancing and they have an enormous dance floor and even offer dance lessons before some events. There is a cash bar but no food service. There is a $10 cover charge, a portion of which goes to provide support for our troops overseas. Come out and party with GSB at this great new venue. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to everyone!
