I am very fortunate to have six experienced board members along with one new member, Barbara Fox Schmidlin, assisting me. Please feel free to approach any board member if you have suggestions or ideas for ways to improve our club. We request that our members not approach our bands on Sunday nights. If you have an issue, please see a board member and we will handle it at the appropriate time. All requests for a song or dance style may be placed in a basket near the band. They will be happy to fulfill your request as best they can. On February 22 we will be honoring our past "Kings and Queens." These are members who have donated many hours of service to our club. This year the board decided to change the title of the King and Queen to "Ambassadors." Rodger and Amy Greenawalt have graciously accepted to be our ambassadors for We look forward to an exciting year of dancing. Millie Mills, President page 2

She will be teaching Cha Cha in the large ballroom. Bess and Dennis Dworski will be teaching beginner s Cha Cha in the small ballroom. We thank Kat and John Berry for teaching Belero to our members last month. We also thank Jim and Katie Kessler who taught Rumba to our beginners. Please invite your friends to come and learn to dance or to join us in learning some new dance steps. The dance lesson in the small ballroom is free with paid admission to the dance. Our members volunteer because of their love for dancing. # Both beginning and intermediate dance lessons are available only WITH paid admission to the dance. Please, no video taping of the lessons.
