1 Registration Information Please visit our website to regsiter on-line through StoneAlley. Registration opens on August 1 st Once registration is complete you will recive a confirmation . Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please enroll your child in grade level they are in at school (unless they re regsitering for an ability based class). Any exception to this policy will be made after the first class and with approval of the class instructor. As always, class times are subject to change, depending on enrollment. This year, we welcome back Melissa Heick-Rodola, Holly Gilmore, Betsty Gilotte, and Angela Jachelski. We also welcome two new insturctors, Ms. Briana Marshall and Ms. Brooke Manker. A more detailed description of ALL the teachers and their accomplishments can be accessed on our website at We will hold a Open House on Saturday, August 26 th from 10am -12pm, in the dance studio at Jacksonville Elementary. This is the perfect oppurtunity for dancers to meet their insturctor and see the studio. We will have retail sales of dance shoes and clothing, as well as our popular shoe swap during this registration. If you are interested in the shoe swap, please arrive at 10am with your shoes in a Ziploc bag. Please include your name, the price, and self addressed stamped envelope for each item you re selling in an indvidual bag. We re a paperless program! We communicate through . 2 Registration Information All students are required to wear a leotard, tights, appropriate shoes and hair out of face to each class. Please visit our website for a detailed description (including color of leotard & tights and list of required shoes) regarding our attire requirements! Classes will begin the week of: Tuesday, September 11, 2017 All classes are held in the activity room (dance studio) at Jacksonville Elementary School. Do not use the front door of the school to get to dance class. From the right hand side of the parking lot, follow the sidewalk around rear of building, past air conditioner units, activity room door, and turn left. Please use the dance studio door to enter the building. Inside this entrance is a small room where you may wait for your child during class. Please park in the parking lot in front of the school. If you park in front of the air conditioner units you may be ticketed! Please do not arrive any earlier then 5mins. Space is extremely limited in our waiting room. If the door is locked please ring the doorbell. **PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW TO AVOID SCHEDULING CONFLICTS** Listed below are our tentative & mandatory rehearsal and recital dates: Saturday, March 17th Dress Rehearsal & Picture Day Saturday, March 24th - Final Run Through Sunday, March 25th - Recital(s) (The final schedule including times & classes will be announced in February 2017) ALL advance dancers should refer to our placement sheet prior to registering. This can be found on our website. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these placements. Ballet Levels One-Four Company Levels One-Five Contemporary Levels One-Four Registering for this portion of our program takes a serious commitment. All dancers entering our advance program need to: 1.) Visit our website www:carrollmanor.org 2.) Review our ADVANCED CLASSES section with your family 3.) Print out this information 4.) Sign this information acknowledging you understand this commitment 5.) Bring this signed copy to each advance class you attend the week of September 11 th Dancers will NOT be able to participate if they do not have the above information signed.
