Last night, JV Football defeated Manatee Connor Nash and Zion Jacobs led the ground attack while AJ Nessler scored two rushing touchdowns. Defensively, Reagan Rohrabacher, Joe Santana, and Connor Zalansky led the way. Congratulations JV Football! Varsity Football travels to Spoto tonight. Kickoff is at 7:30. Good luck Varsity Football! Last night, Varsity Bowling defeated Brooks-Debartolo 5-0. Edward Morrison had a 209, Robert Morrison a 212, Michael Quackenbush a 212, Trace Nuss a 203 and 257, and Greg Davis rolled a 215, 204, and 244. Congratulations Tiger Bowlers!

Attention Pro-Life Club tomorrow morning s meeting at 7:30 will be held in the MPR instead of Faber Hall. Attention GOONs there will be a meeting after school today in Room 310 to discuss upcoming projects. Contact Mr. Eggert if you cannot attend. The Psychology Club will meet before school tomorrow at 7:20 in room 310 to discuss current topics in psychology, including the effects drugs have on the brain. Last night, the swim team defeated Bloomingdale Winners included: o The 200 Medley Relay team of Sam Prabhakaran, Nick Shaffer, Lucas Alvarado, and Jack Stanislow; o Tyler Carreja in the 200 Free; o Anthony Kirchner in the 200 IM; o Collin Talbot in the 50 Free; o Shaffer in the 100 Fly; o Robbie Shaffer in the 100 Free; o Brendan Driscoll in the 500 Free; o The 200 Free Relay team of Petitt, Shaffer, Kirchner, and Reese Tappan; o Armando Destrade in the 100 Back; o Stanislow in the 100 Breast; and o The 400 Free Relay team of Brody Grissom, Prabhakaran, Alex Caceres, and Shaffer. 3 Wednesday, September 26, 2018 Day 1 Order 1 Attention Student Council there will be a meeting for all homeroom reps tomorrow morning at 7:30 in Faber Hall. Please reach out to your grade-level president if you cannot attend. A Balfour rep will be in the cafeteria today during lunch periods to collect letter jacket orders. Volunteers are needed for the following community service opportunities: Villa Madonna for its fall festival October 13; the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation for its 5k race on October 13 at Al Lopez Park. Check the X2Vol bulletin board for see Coach Wood for more information. Last night, Varsity Bowling defeated Cambridge Christian 3-2. Robert Morrison rolled a 204, Nico Puente a 203, Greg Davis a 214, Larry Lavacca a 225 and a 203, Chris Hill a 246 and a 209, and Trace Nuss bowled a 225, a 210 and a 204. Congratulations Tiger Bowlers! Last night, Varsity Cross Country Team ran to a third place finish in the West Hills Invite. Parker Maddox, Adam Dieck, and Wolfgang Louk lead the way for the Tigers. Attention Student Council there will be a meeting for all homeroom reps Thursday morning at 7:30 in Faber Hall. Please reach out to your grade-level president if you cannot attend. There are spots open on the Belle Glade service trip this weekend. Any student who is interested should see Fr. Hermes or pick up an application in his office. A Balfour rep will be in the cafeteria tomorrow during lunch periods to collect letter jacket orders. On Saturday, JV and Varsity Cross Country competed in the Mitchell Invitational. Both teams placed second out thirty-five teams. Sean Doherty led the way in the JV race, while varsity was led by Parker Maddox, Adam Dieck, Lawson McLeod, Wolfgang Louk, and Luke McConnie. Congrats Tiger Cross Country! Yesterday, Varsity Golf won the Outback Invitational. Grayson Maddox shot 73 and Max White shot a 74 despite cracking his driver early in the round. Connor Murphy and Jimmy Paradise each shot 75, and Alex Siffert shot 79. Congrats Tiger Golf!

The Photography Club will meet tomorrow morning at 7:30 in the Gonzmart Hall Student Activities Room. See Greg Davis with any questions. On Saturday, the speech and debate team competed in the first Florida Gulf Coast Catholic Forensics League tournament at Dixie Hollins High School. In the Lincoln Douglas event, Avery Hames and Antonio Troncoso won at least one of their rounds. In student congress, Logan Agnew won 11 points, Joseph Doherty 3 points, Michael Poynor 4 points, Jeremiah Nichols 8 points, and Gary Huddleston 14 points. Congratulations Tiger Speech and Debate! On Friday night, Varsity Football defeated Ridge Community On the ground, Ricky Parks scored two rushing touchdowns and Kiael Kelly had one. Lex Capitano caught a touchdown reception from Kelly, and Johnathan Odom caught one from Larry Hodges. Defensively, Matthew Pittman and Spencer Williams each had a fumble recovery.
