Parking/Arrival When arriving at Clovis High School please be aware that there will be one (1) entrance for all buses and equipment trucks for all schools. The parking entrance will be (as seen on the map) on the West side of the school off of Fowler Ave. You will have a guide for each band as you enter the parking lot. Your guide will take you to your exact spot. Please make a note that no personal vehicles will be allowed into the bus & equipment parking. All personal vehicles will need to park in the lot on the corner of Fowler Ave and Barstow Ave. The parking lot will be free for all WBA Staff Badge personnel, but spectators will need to pay $5 to enter. Check In Check in will take place as you enter the parking lot. The parking lot attendant that will be showing you your parking spot will have your entire check in packet ready for you. This will include all of your pit passes, student wristbands or any extra pit passes purchased in advance. When going to perform, your students do not need to be wearing wrist bands. Any performer in uniform will be admitted through the performer entrance gate with your group. All pit crew/non uniformed personnel will need to have a wrist band or a staff pass in order to be admitted. Changing Facilities The boys and girls locker rooms will be open and available to you for changing. The locker rooms are located just south of the south gym in the center of campus. Please have adult supervision at all times in these facilities. Please instruct your students not to leave any personal items in the locker rooms. Clovis Unified School District is not responsible for any lost/stolen items. Restrooms Restrooms are located on the home side of the stadium as well as the locker rooms. There are additional restrooms that will be open for the public to use and you will be able to locate those by viewing your map. Warm Up Clovis High School is a large campus and there is plenty of room to warm up. Please refer to the site map to see what zones are Silent Zones vs. Warm-up Zones. You can have a visual or guard warm up in the silent zones, but please do not use any type of metronome, gauk block, or noise maker of any kind. The noise will bleed into the stadium. Stadium Performer Entrance/Exit Please refer to the flow chart attached. Groups will enter the stadium from the North West Corner of the field and exit the stadium from the South West Corner of the field.

2 Pit and Pit Crew Please refer to the stadium flow chart to see the pathway for the pit. You will be given a specific number of pit passes. Extra pit personnel must buy a regular admission ticket at the main gate prior to moving the ensemble into the stadium. Ticket Prices Program Prices Air Gram Prices Adults $12 $5 a program $ 5 a message Students - $8 Senior $8 Military I.D. $8 Children 4 and under are free. Hospitality The hospitality tent will be located above the East endzone in the stadium. You must have a staff pass in order to get into the hospitality tent. Please stop by for some great FREE food and drink. Snack Bar There will be a first class snack bar available on the home side of the stadium only. Student Seating Area ALL students will be allowed to sit on the home side of the stadium. We ask that all participating bands sit on the outside of the 30 yard lines. This will allow the students to enjoy the performances of all the bands in attendance. If the front side of the stadium fills up, we will then re-direct your group to sit on the back stands. This may be the case for the 4A & 5A Bands. Tri Pods and Ice Chests Please help GSTOB and WBA by reminding your parents in advance that no tri pods or ice chests will be allowed into the stadium. All outside food will not be allowed past the entrance gates. Awards Awards will be a drum major/captains-only retreat. All awards will take place after the final 5A band performs. Please have your representatives lined up at the North/West Gate after the last group performed. Problems Inevitably, problems will arise. If you have any issues on the day of the show, do not hesitate to contact us. We are available to solve any issues or answer any questions. From the South Take CA-99 N toward FRESNO. Merge onto CA-41 N toward YOSEMITE / AIRPORT. 2.6 miles. Merge onto CA-180 E toward KINGS CANYON. 1.0 miles. Merge onto CA-168 E via EXIT 60A toward CLOVIS / HUNTINGTON LAKE. 7.3 miles. Merge onto FOWLER AVE. 1.0 miles. Turn Left onto BULLARD followed by a right on ARMSTRONG, followed by a right on BARSTOW and finally a right into the Parking Lot. This is the best route to bring all equipment vehicles and buses into the parking lot. From the North Take CA-99 S towards Fresno. Merge onto CA-180 E toward KINGS CANYON. 2.0 miles. Merge onto CA- 168 E via EXIT 60A toward CLOVIS / HUNTINGTON LAKE. 7.3 miles. Merge onto FOWLER AVE. 1.0 miles.
