In some cases, I am tripling the rehearsals that I have to lead. I m begging, in advance, for understanding if I have to revise and tweak things as we go along. Parents with children in my shows have always been so flexible and lenient when it comes changing schedules. There are some things that are totally out of my control (i.e. severe weather in the spring months). While I ve always had a calendar for MYSELF for the entire run of a show, I ve NEVER published one to the cast, just in case I changed my mind about things. I m hoping that this calendar will help you, but it also gives forces me into a rigidity that is very scary. I ve crammed this schedule so full for myself that there are almost NO free days in which to reschedule rehearsals.
