The dogwoods and flowers have been breath taking this year. The May party was great! Rosemary and Robert Haney, Nancy Wrenn, Joyce and Richard Ramos, and Twayna and Jonnie Ramos (Richard, Rosemary, and Nancy s brother and his wife) did an outstanding job planning and hosting the party. The carnival theme was fun and everyone enjoyed the Kissing Booth! Rosemary provided the items for the auction, thank you for your generous donation. Everyone was excited with their winnings. DJ Ashley Holland s great choice of shag music kept the dance floor full all night. I finally had to tell him to stop playing because it was past time for us to leave the Elks Lodge. Thank you to all that came out, brought food, and helped honor s Past Presidents. Nine Past Presidents attended, 1993 & 1997 David Sessoms, 2004 Joyce Ramos, 2006 Steve Miller, 2007 Steve Dawson, 2008 Eric Rowe, 2012 Dwight Vinson, 2014 John Adkins, 2016 Andy Privette, and 2017 Peggy Perry. All of the hard work and dedication the Past Presidents contributed to forged the way for the success of the club. Thank you to all 31 Past Presidents. Fun Monday and Sunday will be here before you know it, September Norman Russ is in charge of the tickets for. Sell, sell, and sell tickets to friends, family, and strangers for a chance to win $ , $ , $ , $500.00, and $ After expenses all (continued on page 2)
