2 From the Director s Chair WE ARE ON A HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER! RED JACKETS, RED STARS & FREE RED CARS! OUR UNIT GOAL IS TO ADD 20 NEW UNIT MEMBERS IN OCTOBER! Dear K-Team ACHIEVERS! ROCK-tober is here and we are on the hunt for RED!! Our goal is to add 20 NEW Business Partners to the K-Team unit in October. And we are looking for 5 people to promote themselves to the position of STAR TEAM BUILDER and earn their RED JACKETS this month and 3 people to promote themselves to TEAM LEADER! And this is the month to do it! Mary Kay has given us the RACE TO RED Team Building Promotion! Gear up and play ball with us for our HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER Promotion (details inside) and be sure to participate in our Team Building Tuesday Calls (great way to build your team with little or no effort on your part). Read your newsletter for more details! Now is a great time for you to be working and for people to be starting a Mary Kay business! Christmas is just around the corner and it is time to come up with your holiday selling plan! Can you get excited about earning an extra $1,000, $3,000, $5,000 or $8,000 between now and Christmas? You can make as much money as you want; it s all up to you! Our monthly production goal is $16,000 and we will achieve that when everyone reaches ONE NEW business associate. Our focus is still on putting product on faces and working our parties FULL-CIRCLE! We have BIG goals for this Seminar year; we will have 3 Future Directors, DIQs and/or NEW Directors attending Leadership with me. We are on the GROW and are looking for more leaders who are ready to step up and want more in their Mary Kay business. It can be YOU!!
