2 FACT SHEET Demographics Overview: In 2015, the Chippewa Valley Air Show (CVAS) features the world-famous U.S. Navy, the U.S. Marine Corps Fat Albert, Shockwave Jet Truck, Twin Beech 18 and several other top military and civilian aerobatic displays and ground displays of aircraft and equipment in a family-friendly atmosphere. And a portion of air show proceeds are being donated to local charities. Thank you for your support. The Chippewa Valley Air Show donated more than $64,000 to 44 benefitting local organizations in 2010 and is again offering non-profit groups the opportunity to receive donations from the air show this year. A flight demonstration exhibits choreographed refinements of skills possessed by all naval aviators. It includes the graceful aerobatic maneuvers of the four-plane Diamond Formation, in concert with the fast-paced, high-performance maneuvers of its two solo pilots. Finally, the team illustrates the pinnacle of precision flying, performing maneuvers locked as a unit in the renowned, six-jet Delta Formation.
