Cheer, Dance, Tumble and Stunt taught by the Nevada Cheerleaders and coaches every week! PERFORM AT Nevada Football Soccer Volleyball Men s and Women s Basketball as well as community events and appearances with the Nevada cheerleaders throughout the year. This is a NON competitive & NON traveling program for kids who love to cheer or who want to learn to CHEER!!! Registration starting NOW for the Season Ages: Time: Where: Cost: 4yrs old 8th grade Teams are split up by age, so instruction is age appropriate. 2 What will my cheerleader learn? Spirit, Performance Skills, Jumps, Chants, Voice ProjectionMotions, Jumps, Dances, Tumbling and some levels of Stunting Instruction will be broken down by age and ability level; Littles, Middles and Bigs. Participants will learn many different routines to be performed at University of Nevada Events and Games. When do I register? First, there is NO registration FEE!! We take registration all season long. You can sign up NOW and get your uniform paid for early, sign up in August when practice starts or sign up after you have cheered for your youth league in the fall to continue to cheer throughout the year! Monthly payments will be prorated. You must attend at least 2 practices in order to perform at the next performance. Where is class every week? The University of Nevada Virginia Street Gym. The gym is located on the right hand side of Virginia St going north, right past the people bridge. There are cheerleaders to meet your cheerleader at the corner by the gym and your cheerleader can be walked out to the curb after to wait for you to be picked up as well; to avoid CRAZY University parking. Class Fee.$60 a month per cheerleader for 1 class a week. $10 discount per sibling / University Employee. Payment is due on the First Wednesday of every month. $175 one time uniform fee see uniform package information Info for games.. All Parents and Spectators will need to PURCHASE tickets. More detailed information for each game/appearance will be given prior to each performance. All performances are not mandatory. UNIFORM PACKAGE What will the Uniform Package include? It will include: Cheer uniform top same as $50 Cheer uniform skirt same as $30 Poms NEW THIS YEAR - $25 Cheer Bow - NEW THIS YEAR - $15 Briefs NEW THIS YEAR - $15 Bag NEW THIS YEAR - $15 Practice T-shirt NEW THIS YEAR - $10 Nevada T shirt NEW THIS YEAR - $10 Shipping - $5 OPTIONAL Sweatshirt - $25 The uniform package is $175, and it must be purchased in order to participate in Perform with the PACK!! Some items will be the same for returning members from last year, you will not have to re purchase some of these items. You will not receive your uniform package unless the full balance is paid. What to bring and wear to class?? Bring a water bottle. Wear your TEAM practice shirt and bottoms you can move in. No jewelry. Tennis shoes, no black soles. Hair in Pony Tail and poms to every practice!

3 Can parents stay?? Can siblings come?? NEW this YEAR! Parents and siblings are welcome to stay, BUT.. - Parents and Siblings must sit in the upper area of the gym - Siblings must sit quietly. No running or rough housing inside the gym, it distracts the girls too much - Siblings may only stay if sitting with an adult and are supervised, if they become disruptive please be courteous to the instruction and take them in the hall. - NO ONE will be allowed on the gym floor except for cheerleaders and coaches - Drop off will begin at 5:15 6:00 - Pick Up will be promptly at 7:00pm Is Perform with the PACK for your Cheerleader, family and schedule? This is perfect for the young cheerleader, the beginner cheerleader, the cheerleader wanting to get ready for high school try outs or the cheerleader that does NOT wish to compete and travel, but LOVES to cheer. This is a NON competitive program with the opportunity to perform at University of Nevada athletic events and be instructed by the University of Nevada cheerleaders and coaches. Perform with the PACK is an affordable option to families who love Nevada, who cannot commit to traveling out of state for competition and it is one day a week for the busy family schedule. Performing with the PACK, performs on the biggest stages in Northern Nevada available to cheerleaders in our area, it teaches self-confidence, as well as performance skills, coordination, positive coaching, happy fun learning atmosphere, low pressure performances; while at the same time becoming a great cheerleader, learning all the necessary skills of cheer and supporting the Nevada Cheer Program.
