Region 3 is proud to include many talented twirlers from Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia. Our goal is to continue the successful tradition of producing national and World Champions from our region. Advanced contestants will draw for position prior to the start of the Twirl Off. The top 8 Advanced Regional twirlers will qualify to represent the Mid Atlantic region at the National Championships. All 2014 NBTA solo and team rules are in effect. Food will be served throughout the competition. Smoking is not permitted. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises. No overnight parking on facility property. Contestants are responsible for reporting to their lanes on time. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. No refunds. Parents are responsible for damage to the building and grounds. Property taken into the building is at own risk. Contest directors and officials are not responsible for loss, accidents, or injury.. Liability waiver for each contestant must be signed by parent or legal guardian with entry. Only contestants and contest officials will be permitted on the competition floor. For your convenience, a professional photographer will be available. Novice Basic Skills Pageant is open to Novice contestants only. Twirl status determines eligibility. 20% Model in costume (no interview), 40% Basic Strut, 40% Solo. Beginner and Intermediate contestants will perform all modeling in costume. Baby (age 0-4) Basic and Solo will be offered on Saturday. Family Plan! A family with more than 1 sibling competing may pay ½ of entry of lesser amount. Duets are not included in this family plan. No refunds will be given after the deadline.. No late entries will be accepted.. Pay Pal fee of 3% will be the responsibility of the contestant..
