1 Friday, March 29, 2019 Day 4 Order 1 Attention juniors and seniors prom is next Saturday, April 6, at the Tampa History Center. To register, fill out the policy acknowledgment and registration forms on the Student Life Canvas page; money will be collected in the cafeteria during lunches Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday next week. The result of yesterday s primary for Student Council Treasurer is as follows: juniors Cam Buhler and Bennett Andersen were the top two vote-getters, and have advanced to the general election that will be held on April 11. Congratulations Cam and Bennett! On Wednesday night, the varsity lacrosse team improved to 7-4 with a 12-6 win Plant. Five different tigers scored goals, eight of which were assisted; the defense forced turnovers on nearly every possession of the second half. Tonight the team hosts Sarasota Riverview at 7:00. Congratulations and good luck Tiger Lacrosse! Last night, the tennis team improved to 5-0 on the season with a 6-1 win over CCC. Singles wins came from Sebastian Solano, Thomas Lahart, Nick Haggar, and Diego Maldonado. Doubles wins came from the teams of Solano and Haggar and Maldonado and Nate Prabhakaran. Congrats Tiger Tennis!

2 Thursday, March 28, 2019 Day 3 Order 3 Today is a Day 3 Order 3 for early dismissal at 2:43. Attention juniors and seniors prom is next Saturday, April 6, at the Tampa History Center. Registration is open on the Student Life Canvas page. Money can be turned in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday next week. Both the policy acknowledgment and registration forms must be submitted before you can turn in money. The ballot will be sent via , and will be open to all freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. Attention students and faculty who are donating blood today the donation schedule for the day has been sent out via . Please arrive to your appointment on time. Attention juniors and seniors who have attended a Kairos retreat please come by the Campus Ministry offices today for important information. Volunteers are needed for the following community service opportunities: The DoD Warrior Games for June 21-30; St. Joseph s Hospital for April 13; and Tampa Palms Elementary for its Family Reading Night on March 29 and Family Science Night on April. Check the X2Vol bulletin board for more information. Attention juniors and seniors who have attended a Kairos retreat please come by the Campus Ministry offices today for important information. The spirit shop will be open on Thursday this week instead of Friday.

On Saturday, several Jesuit thespians participated in the state competition against thousands of high school theatre artists from across the state. Xander Arena and Riley Buchanan received an excellent for their duet acting scene from the play Ages of the Moon. Joseph Lopez received an excellent for his monologues from Edmond and Blithe Spirit. Buchanan received a superior for his monologues from Grace and Death of a Salesman. Chris Gold received a superior for his original play, Something Inoffensive. These performances marked the first superiors earned by a Jesuit student at state for a technical event, as well as the first time Jesuit has received multiple superiors at the State Festival. Congratulations Tiger Thespians! Over the weekend, JV Baseball went 3-0 versus Calvary Christian, Lakeland, and Bartow. AJ Nessler highlighted the Tiger offense with a home run and triple, and Christian Hamilton, Ryan Denison, Dylan Callaghan, and Dominic Castellano provided strong pitching performances. JV Baseball plays next in a home double-header on Saturday against Venice. Congrats and good luck JV Baseball! Over the weekend, Varsity Lacrosse travelled to Miami to compete in the Jesuit Lacrosse Classic. On Friday, the team battled hard against highly ranked Jesuit Dallas but fell On Saturday, the team bounced back with an 18-2 victory over Belen Jesuit. Matt Farley earned the win in goal, Casey Fuss scored 9 points, Tucker Gray had 7 points, Nick Deptula had 5 points and Arthur Ward, Wilson Ward and Michael Schellman each had 4 points. The team next faces off versus district rival Plant on Wednesday night at Plant. Faceoff is at 7:00. Congratulations and good luck Tiger Lax! On Friday night, Varsity Baseball improved to 9-0 on the season with a 10-0 win over Tampa Catholic. Camden Minacci threw six shutout innings to earn the win. Offensively, Ethan Valdez and Bennett Lee each hit a home run. The Tigers play again tonight at Sarasota High School. First pitch is set for 7:00. Congrats and good luck Tiger Baseball!
