2 Newspaper club will meet today. If you are unable to attend please see Mr. A in room B-12. All articles are due March 19 th. You don't need to be part of the club to submit an article, all are welcome.

3 Our next Friendship Connection meeting will be on March 22 nd in the Collaboration Corner until 4:05pm. The sign up sheet is outside Mr. Leoni's room, C-3. There are only 30 spots available, so sign up today!

7 Attention girls' volleyball players: turn your uniform jersey into your coach by Tuesday of next week. Also, move out of your big locker. Our pizza party will be held in room B-3, the Art room, Wednesday, from 3:15-4:00pm.

9 ATTENTION ALL PRAIRIE VIEW STUDENTS: COME ONE, COME ALL! VARIETY SHOW AUDITIONS ARE COMING! We need singers, dancers, actors, comedians, magicians, musicians--all talents are welcome! So start preparing your acts! Permission forms along with audition information can be found outside the main office. You can also pick up forms from Mrs. Mac in B-5 or Mrs. Waz in B-16. Those interested in dancing should attend the Dance Workshop on March 12 th after school. Sign-ups for this workshop are posted by the trophy case. You must have your permission form turned in to attend the dance workshop. Auditions for all acts will take place on March 15 th and 16 th. Stay tuned for further details about audition signups.

10 There are spots available for next week's Tinker Tuesday. We will be continuing to complete Lego challenges. Stop in the media center to sign up! The Battle of the Books will take place on Monday, April 9 th. Pick up a form for your team in the media center. All tests for Battle of the Books will need to be finished by Friday, March 23 rd.

11 Prairie View spirit wear orders are due Friday, March 9 th.

Girls' Soccer Tryouts will be Monday, March 12 th. The 6 th grade girls will be from 3:15-5:00pm, meet in the Main Gym. The 7 th and 8 th grade girls will be from 5:00-6:30pm, meet in the Main Gym.

The final tryout will be Thursday, March 15 th from 3:15-5:00pm for 6 th, 7 th, and 8 th grade girls. Meet in the Main Gym. Boys' Soccer Tryouts will be Wednesday, March 14 th. The 6 th grade boys will be from 3:15-5:00pm, meet in the Main Gym. The 7 th and 8 th grade boys will be from 5:00-6:30pm, meet in the Main Gym. Please be prepared to be inside and/or outside. 13 The Middle School Black Out Dance will be today from 6:00-8:00pm at Grissom Middle School.

14 To celebrate Prairie View s 25 years of existence we will be playing the top songs of each year. Today we will be playing the hits of 2008.

Prairie View Wednesday, October 18, 2017 Morning intramurals have begun. Basketball will be on Tuesdays and Volleyball will be on Thursdays. It runs from 7:45 to 8:30AM. You need a parent permission form
