Can you bite the bullet and show and sell the roll-up bags? What the heck, give it a try!!!! By working Full-Circle, those selling appointments turn into interviews in a snap at follow-up facial-turned-parties!! Make sure to start calling and booking as many parties as you can, since we re sure to turn up the heat when we return from Career Conference. I know that this month can be one of our best. There are so many of you ready to make a difference in other women s lives. We have so many amazing women in our Unit. When you add that to Mary Kay s motto to Enrich Women s Lives, you have such an incredible platform for changing each woman s life you come across. It may be as simple as teaching her a new beauty technique that makes her feel good, or as powerful as sharing the career opportunity that allows her to be a million dollar sales director. Lee asked them to list, in order of priority, the six most important things they had to do the next day; any tasks not completed were to be added to the following day's list. Three months later, the company president was so pleased with the results he sent Lee a check for $35,000, a huge sum at the time. Writing a daily list of things to do is one of the smartest things I ever learned to do. The beauty of lists is that they require you to write things down. If you trust everything to memory, you may never get around to doing even a well-thoughtout task. I value my six-most-important-things-to-do list so much it has been passed on to every Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. We even provide a "Six Most Important Things" notepad for our people.
