Academics Arts Physical Education Events Teen Leadership,, Teen Study Group, Project Help, and Regents Prep. Cooking, Hip-Hop Dance, Creative Art Building and Belly Dancing. Basketball, Boxing and Yoga. Competitive Basketball, Trips, Sports Clinics and In-house tournaments. Intergenerational Events and much much more! There is a mandatory orientation for new Saturday members on September 16 th at 6:30pm Sharp! New teen orientation at 7:15pm SHARP! All members must bring in a copy of their birth certificate, a completed program application and a recent report card before orientation. We require all of our members to be years old and live in Parkchester. All applications will be verified by Parkchester Management before you can begin the program.

All members are required to maintain 75% attendance in at least two of your choices. 3 Go to school each day feeling good and prepared. Homework help is available for students in the 7 th -9 th grades. Get help completing your homework, prepare for test and get assistance with school projects. The program operates Monday Thursday from Hip Hop Dance classes provide students an opportunity to collaborate with their peers to develop powerful routines that captivate audiences. Students get and stay in shape, compete in competitions and entertain at community events. The class meets Tuesday & Thursdays from Cooking at the club will be fun and educational. Each session, students cook a full course meal made using healthy ingredients and learn alternatives to unhealthy eating. The classes fill quickly so if you are interested register early. Cooking has a mandatory orientation which is the first session. We cook on Monday & Wednesdays Yoga is an excellent way for teens to build self-esteem, develop confidence, flexibility and coordination through yoga poses and mediation techniques. Teens will improve their flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. Yoga meets Saturday 2:00pm-4:00pm Teen Council (Keystone Club, Leadership Program) Acquire character and leadership skills, explore careers and educational opportunities and provide service to your club and community. Work alongside your peers and adults to make a difference in the way things happen around you. Be a part of the solution and get involved. We Meet on Friday Family Game Nights Bring your parents to the club and play table and board games, introduce your parents to club staff and your friends. You can also bring your favorite game to share with everyone. Family Game Nights are on October 29 th, November 12 th and December 17 th, at Creative Art allows the teens to express themselves using different art forms. Come paint, dance, sing, and rap or recite poetry in a non-judgmental environment of creativity. Monday & Wednesday at Basketball is one of our most popular activities year round. We have instructional basketball for players looking to develop their skills along with open run sessions where players come to remain in basketball shape and keep their skills sharp and also provide opportunities for competitive play. We play other community centers and participate in tournaments in and around the community. Basketball happens, Monday & Wednesdays at MS 127 & Thursdays at St. Raymond s gym from. Combat Fitness is a fitness class where the teens can release their extra energy, while learning how to defend themselves. Combat fitness class meets on Fridays A special calendar of events will take place during the winter break. Activities to be announced. Program Activities Fall

Students progress quickly as coaches prepare them physically and mentally for competitive play.
