1 General Rules & Regulations for Highland Dancing 1. S.O.B.H.D. rules & regulations will govern all Highland dancing events. 2. Age groups for all classes will be determined upon entries received. 3. Medals and trophies will be awarded in all Pre-premier age groups. Cash awards will be awarded in all Premier classes for Saturday and Sunday events. Trophies for the Premier classes will be over-all dances. 4. Entries must be postmarked no later than April 29, All entries after May 5th will be subject to a $5.00 late fee. 5. All entries must enclose a filling fee ($1.00 of which will go to the Southwest area). All highland dancing competitors must purchase a gate admission ticket 6.
