2 We offer Signs of All Kinds! Read about our products below: SLATES AVONITE Our slates are newly quarried in the United States, hand cut to size, deeply carved and painted with durable enamels. Slate is a natural metamorphic rock formed 500 million years ago. Because slate is a natural product of the earth, there are features and color variations inherent in the rock. These variations enhance the natural beauty and unique character of all of our slate signs. WOOD Our vintage wood signs are crafted from 3 /4 exterior wood laminate stenciled with durable latex paint and sealed with a clear cost to resist fading. These signs are best displayed in a protect/covered outdoor area, on a porch or inside the home. Avonite is a hybrid polymer resin that looks like stone and is suitable for exterior use in any environment. These signs are carved with a classic deep V groove and painted with exterior acrylic enamel. The avonite material is similar to Corian with UV properties that allow the material to stand up to outdoor climate conditions. All avonite signs will come with gold screws and collars. CROCKS This USA made handcrafted pottery retains its century old charm and distinctiveness. Designs are deeply carved and clear coasted for durability.
