1 USA Gymnastics Ohio Trampoline & Tumbling Organization 2015 Ohio/Kentucky State Championships Saturday, April 11, 2015 State Meet Competition Venue Address: Worthington Kilbourne High School 1499 Hard Rd Columbus, Ohio February 25, 2015 Dear Trampoline and Tumbling Coaches, Attached you will find the information you need to participate in the 2015 OH/KY State Championships. The meet will be held on Saturday, April 11th, at Worthington Kilbourne High School in Columbus, Ohio. USA Gymnastics Ohio State Chair, David Steigerwald, is the meet director for this event. The meet will be conducted in three sessions, from 8am 5pm. Entries must be ed by March 21, Registration fees are due no later than March 28, It is important to note that entries are to be ed while entry checks are to be mailed separate. Entries should be ed in EXCEL Spreadsheet form to: Heather Besselman at: The registration check and one hard copy of registration is to be mailed to address below. Please read the deadline for entries and change/corrections. Get your registrations in early to ensure that your athletes will be able to compete in the meet. All submissions after March 21, 2015 will not appear in the program. The judging panel is being coordinated by Janice Tomeo. Equipment: Awards: Ross Athletics will be supplying our equipment again this year consisting of: 84 rod floor with 31 run up and 10 x20 landing zone Two Euro Tramp 7 x14 above ground trampolines with all required safety decks Euro Tramp Double Mini Trampoline with delineated landing zones per USAG standards 1 st -6 th placements will be recognized in all award ceremony after each session. Admission Cost: Adult (13 and over) - $8.00, Children (5-12) - $5.00, Senior Citizens $5.00, 4 and under Free
