BEST DRESSED COMPETITIONS There our three categories in the Best Dressed Competitions: 1. Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter), Riding Category 2. Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter), Parade Category 3.

* Each participant must be wearing either version of the 10-inch GWRRA back patch, and a GWRRA membership pin.

1 BEST DRESSED COMPETITIONS There our three categories in the Best Dressed Competitions: 1. Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter), Riding Category 2. Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter), Parade Category 3. Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter), Show Category General Rules/Definitions for all three categories (all six classes): * Each entry must be an Individual Member, Associate or Family Member of the GWRRA. * Each participant must be wearing either version of the 10-inch GWRRA back patch, and a GWRRA membership pin. * The participants will be expected to perform 1/4 turns to allow judges and spectators to see their outfits. * Each of the three categories has two sub-categories (classes): * Couple (A couple is defined as one male and one female). * Chapter (A chapter consists of at least four participants). * To compete in Best-Dressed Chapter for any of the three categories, members must wear their chapter s designation. * Because these are intended to be fun events, Rider Education Program or Mileage awards will not carry point value. * For the Parade and Show categories, outfits would be suitable for riding motorcycles if helmet, gloves and jacket were added. 1. The Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter), Riding category would not include any music or routines. The contestants outfits would be suitable for motorcycle riding, which would usually include a helmet, boots, gloves, long sleeve shirt, and long pants. Scoring would be 50 % for practicality, 40 % for uniformity and appearance and 10 % for poise. 2. The Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter) Parade category would not include any music or routines. The contestants outfits would be suitable for representing their chapter in a parade or other event. Scoring would be 30 % for practicality, 60 % for uniformity and appearance and 10 % for poise. 3. The Best Dressed (Couple/Chapter) Show category could include music, marching or dance routines. The contestants outfits would be suitable for representing their chapter in a parade or other event. Scoring would be 50 % for showmanship, 15 % for practicality 25 % for uniformity and appearance and 10 % for poise.

2 BEST DRESSED CHAPTER RIDING (If one person doesn t have the required article that article score is 0 for the Chapter.) 0-10 Points Attire: helmet, eye protection, boots (above the ankle), gloves, jacket, long sleeve shirt, long pants 0-50 Points How the Chapter carries themselves. The 1/4 turn, entrance, exit, etc.

6 BEST DRESSED CHAPTER SHOW Required Identification 4 points each, total 20 points (If one person doesn t have the required article that article score is 0 for the Chapter.) How the Chapter carries themselves. The 1/4 turn, entrance, exit, etc. SHOWMANSHIP: Music, Dance, Marching, Routines, etc Points

7 BEST DRESSED COUPLE SHOW Required Identification 4 points each, total 20 points (If one person doesn t have the required article that article score is 0 for the couple.)
