2 SUNDAY IF WE MAKE SEMI-FINALS Teams will compete in reverse order based on prelims score (lowest score goes first). Semi-Final schedule is based on the time range of where we could compete. 4 COMPETITION MEMO Worlds Outfits o Each event will have a specific outfit/color that you ll need to wear o You must have your correct color Worlds shirts on in the venue. You can take it off right before we go to warm-ups. o See itinerary for correct shirt Tickets If you have pre-purchased tickets and have not asked me to pick them up, here is the info on where to get them. Cheerleading Worlds Competition Venues All rehearsal and competition will take place in ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in the HP Field House, J Center (formerly Josten s) and ESPN Sportscenter Arena South (tent). The Walt Disney World Park Hopper that you receive with your travel package includes 5 days admission into ALL Cheerleading Competition venues as well as Sessions III, IV and V for FINALS on Monday May 1 st in the HP Field House. NOTE: The Walt Disney World Park Hopper that you receive with your travel package DOES NOT include admission into Sessions I and II on Sunday, April 30th Family and friends not purchasing a Worlds Package or who DID NOT purchase a WDW Park Hopper through the USASF may purchase a one day admission ticket at the ESPN Wide World of Sports ticket booth for preliminaries and semi-finals. All MONDAY Finals require will require a ticket for the SPECIFIC finals sessions. Details for purchasing tickets for Sessions I and II can be found on the next page. Discounted Multi-Day WDW Park Hopper tickets are available for purchase through the USASF in the Monterey Room in Disney s Coronado Spring Resort Convention Center. WDW Park Hoppers, purchased through the USASF includes admission into all four of Disney s Theme Parks as well as 5 days into ALL Cheerleading Competition venues as well as Sessions III, IV and V for FINALS on Monday May 1 st in the HP Field House. More details about Monday s FINALS The Cheerleading Worlds Daily Admission Tickets Those without Park Hopper tickets may purchase daily admission tickets at the ESPN Wide World of Sports ticket window. Saturday, April 29, 2017 $40 General Admission All-day access into all ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex venues for the day. Tickets go on sale at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex ticket w indow starting Friday, April 28, 2017, at 6:30 am. Sunday, April 30, 2017 $40 General Admission All-day access into all ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex venues except Sessions I and II Finals (SL & SLC) in the HP Field House. $40 Session I Finals Ticket (SLC) or Session II Finals Ticket (SL) Priced per session, each ticket provides admission to the specific Finals session in the HP Field House designated on the ticket and all-day access into all other ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex venues on Sunday. 5 Very important information regarding Session I & II Finals Session I Finals (SLC) and Session II Finals (SL) will be held in the HP Field House at separate times. Park Hopper tickets included in the Worlds resident/commuter packages or purchased individually WILL NO LONGERprovide admission into the Session I Finals (SLC) and Session II Finals (SL). Each SLC and SL team competing at Worlds will be given an allocated number of reserved seats for their athletes, coaches and families/friends to attend their respective division finals. Any remaining reserved seats will be available for all other Worlds athletes, families and fans to purchase through Ticketmaster beginning Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 7 pm. Tickets may be printed or delivered to your smartphone. Quantity will be very limited. We will also be distributing a limited quantity of Fan Viewing passes to the each team in the SLC and SL divisions. Only those with the passes will be allowed inside to see their team perform only their routine during their finals. Below are the directions for Fan Viewing. Monday, May 1, 2017 $25 General Admission All-day access into all venues EXCEPT Sessions III, IV and V Finals in the HP Field House. $40 Session III, IV or V TicketsPriced per session, each ticket provides admission to the specific finals session in the HP Field House designated on the ticket and all-day access into all other ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex venues on Monday. Session III, IV and V tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster starting Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 9 pm. If the Session III, IV or V tickets sell out, spectators with a $25 General Admission ticket may use the standing-room-only fan viewing area to watch a specific team. FAN VIEWING IN HP FIELD HOUSE: The entrance for family and friends to get into the HP Field House FAN VIEWING area will be located on the lower level just OUTSIDE of the HP Field House next to the Food & Beverage Tent. There will be a staging area where the USASF staff will provide direction and coordinate each team s group of fans wanting a VIP s view of their team s performance. All fan viewers are required to exit the building following their team s performance. Please go to the link below for a map to this location OUTSIDE of the HP Field House in the ESPN Sports Complex. Note: Only those with Finalist team specific Fan Viewing Passes will be allowed into the HP Fan Viewing during Session s I and II. FAN VIEWING IN ALL OTHER WORLDS VENUES:There will be a staging area where the USASF staff will provide direction and coordinate each team s group of fans wanting a VIP s view of their team s performance. All fan viewers are required to exit the building following their team s performance Photography and Video Policy - Because we take the safety and security of our participants seriously, our policy is to protect your privacy and that of all participants. Audience use of telephoto lenses and video cameras, including video capable digital cameras/camera phones will not be allowed. Unauthorized users of such equipment will be escorted from our event. Only official press from newspapers, magazines, etc. will be allowed to shoot pictures during our event with professional equipment. All press requests will be taken seriously and a contract must be signed prior to clearance being given. Television Coverage The 2017 Cheerleading Worlds will be nationally televised on the CBS Sports network. Teams competing in Session III and IV Finals will be filmed. Because of the format of the show, not all finalist teams or winners of all divisions will be shown on the telecast. Online Coverage on USASF.net - Be sure to tell all of your friends and family that there will be coverage on Saturday, Sunday and Monday of The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds on USASF.net/cheerleadingworlds and USASF.net/danceworlds. Results will be posted throughout the weekend, as well as behind-the-scenes photos capturing the event. WORLDS VIDEO COVERAGE Even if you re not in Orlando, you won t miss a minute of the action from The Cheerleading and Dance World Championship when you subscribe to the live stream available exclusively on FloCheer! Promotional Selling of Merchandise-Selling of promotional merchandise during the event, or on Disney property, by unauthorized persons is not permitted. This includes the arenas, the hotels and the parking lots. These policies are enforced at all times. Please note that it is illegal to sell merchandise or services in any area of hotels not designated for such activity without the proper permits. Any person, including but not limited to spectators, athletes, parents, coaches, gym owners, event producers and choreographers found to be selling merchandise on the premises during the USASF Cheerleading and Dance Worlds may have their ticket revoked and their merchandise confiscated. Parking: Parking at the DWWOS is free. VIP parking area for a fee is available, but parents usually find parking in the free lots. Riding the bus to the DWWOS is your best option. Doors Open: Doors to the competition on Saturday and Sunday will open at 8:00AM with the competition beginning at 9:00AM.

6 Is there a parent/fan area - There is a parent fan area where parents and fans can get an up close view of routines. However, it is not right up front it is right in front of the judging panel riser. Please pack it out and make it loud! Parents, if available, please wear ACE shirts or wear Red/Black/Yellow let s show our colors to support ACE teams!!!! NOTE: You will line up outside in back of the HP building if you want to watch the team in the VIP section. Once we compete, you will depart the building and work your way back into your seats. There will be a USASF Staff Member holding signs with Team Names on it for everyone to gather around. Video Cameras - Parents ARE NOT allowed to video routines. Acceptable Outerwear - Based on the weather, we will make a determination if you have to wear the warmup during the day. Most likely not. However, the HP Field House can be pretty cool/cold.
