1 Events This Month: -Fall Session Tri-Cups Membership renewals this month all players must pay their 2018 memberships of $25 prior to playing! IMPORTANT INFO Teams that qualified for the Local Team Championships in the Summer & Fall Sessions (last 2 sessions) must maintain 4 original members from the session in which they qualified and cannot make any roster changes after the 4 th week of play in the Spring (this) session. Contact the Office if you have any questions about modifying your team rosters! January Ladies 7 8 Spring Starts Fall Tri-Cup 28 Fall Tri-Cup You can renew your membership now on-line with a credit card at poolplayers.com All players qualified for the Local Team Championship MUST have 10 LIFETIME matches in the computer by the end of this session! If you are adding brand new players to your roster, make sure you get those scores in for them there are no exceptions to this rule at the National APA Office. If your team is qualified, make all roster changes prior to week 4!

2 Events This Month: Doubles Fall Best Of The Best. Doubles is an excellent format National Doubles Requirements Pre-registered event. Minimum 32 teams. $40 entry per team. Entry fees pay for travel & registration. Teams must have a combined skill level of 10 or less. Both players MUST have 20 scores (within the last 2 years) in the format in which they are competing. February Ladies 4 11 Fall Best of the Best for lower skill levels to qualify for the Nationals and win a trip to Las Vegas! 4 Events This Month: Jack & Jill Quilifer National Poolplayer Championships National Entry Window Opens April 1st and runs until June 15 th. It is headsup, no handicap. Skill level 6 s and above automatically receive entry forms in the mail. September If you need to re-schedule your team match due to the Labor Day weekend, Don t wait till it s too late!! 3 Fall Session Starts Ladies US Amateur 22 Qualifying Rounds Sum Tricup 9 Ball Summer Tri-Cup If you have a schedule conflict due to Labor Day weekend, your match can be re-scheduled with the proper notification! Remember, 24 hours notice required.

The Singles Qualifying Season II window will close on the 30th of this month, so don t wait to get qualified for the Spring Regionals! Spring Session just around the corner! November Deadline for Double's Entries 3 Ladies Doubles Fall Captain/Co- Captain 18 Fall Captain/ Co-Captain No Play Thanksgiving 22 No Play Holiday If your team cannot play during Thanksgiving week, contact your opponent and the Office to PRE-PLAY the match. No make-ups allowed the last two weeks of regular play.
