3 Introduction Thank you for looking to Rock Lake Activity Center for your summer programming needs. We are excited to introduce our new programs and activities. Members enjoy 24 hour access, one free session with a personal trainer, free access to our Group EX classes, and discounts on programming. Office Hours Monday-Friday 8am-11am Appointments available upon request Membership Rates Family $45/month for 12 month membership Family $50/month for 6 month membership Single $35/month for 12 month membership Single $40/month for 6 month membership Summer Special Membership Rates: Good through September 1 st Student Rate (home from college)- $100 Couple (Summer Resident)- $135 Tot Spot Adventure Time Pricing-Register On-line with Blue Sombrero Dates Member Non-Member Mondays 8am-10:30am Tuesdays-Friday 8am-10am $2/hour $3.50/hour Enjoy the chance to work out or attend a group exercise class while your child is under staff supervision here in the center. Pre-Scheduling is not required, though it is recommended so we can insure we have enough staff for the day. Additional times may be available upon needs of members, so please let us know if there are times that would be more beneficial for you. Please make sure you schedule some extra time to fill out paperwork upon your first visit. Ages Newborn to 8 are welcome. We do not change diapers, so we will inform you when your child needs changing

We will work on plie, eshappe, arabesque and the fairy step. This class will end with a showcase on the last day of camp. (1 Week) This is an intermediate ballet class for young dancer wanting to improve themselves. We will work on barre work, arm movements, leaps and terns along with a routine. Camp will end with a showcase on the last day (2 Weeks) This is an advanced class that will focus on movements and choreography. We will learn turns, leaps, jumps and a variety of other steps along with learning a routine. Camp will end with a showcase on the last day. (2 weeks) This class that will focus on the technique of the dancer. We will work on barre work, pointed toes, flexibility stretches, and core workouts that will allow the dancer to improve each movement. (2 weeks) Start the basics of dance by learning technique and expression through story. Classes will end with a showcase the last day of class This is a contemporary class mixed with hip hop. This styling mixes the fluidity of lyrical, contractions and flexed feet of modern, and hard and fast hits of hip hop. We will focus on technique of each and then combine. Classes will end with a showcase the last day of class. This is an intermediate level class. We will focus on jazz turns,, jazz splits, simple formations, and a routine. Classes will end with a showcase performance the last day of class. This is a mix between ballet and jazz often called contemporary. We will focus on contractions, choreographing on their own, and the use of more advanced dance steps in routine. Classes will end with a showcase performance the last day of class. This is a contemporary class mixed with hip hop. This styling mixes the fluidity of lyrical, contractions and flexed feet of modern, and hard and fast hits of hip hop. We will focus on how to choreograph a dance like this and lean many different routines with advanced movement. Classes will end with a showcase performance on the last day of class This is an advanced level jazz class. We will focus on how to do multiple jazz tuns, leaps, jumps, kicks, and more advanced movement in a couple of routines. Classes will end with a showcase performance the last day of class

10 Theatre Academy 2017 Season Session: July 10 th - July 21 Day Time Class Ages Monday- Fridays 1:00pm-5:00pm Musical Theatre Camp- Annie Ages k-12 Musical Theatre Camp During our 40 hour camp, your child will spend time with a voice teacher, acting director, and choreographer to learn musical numbers from Annie. This program will end with a showcase performance at the end of the final day of camp (the 21 st ). We need 15 kids to hold the program **Dependant on need, we will have an option for walking kids from the LMES after summer school to the RLAC where they can eat a home packed lunch before starting camp.
