No. We need to see what the Squad can do as a whole. If squads re-uses/ repeats the same tumbler, we will never be able to distinguish what they are capable of doing as a group. Questions #2: A member throws a round off back handspring full back handspring full.. would this count as two fulls? Yes, this is the maximum amount a single member can throw. Meaning this person could not perform 16 fulls and this count as squad fulls. 8 FAQ - Partner Stunts Question #1: (1a) A squad of 16 that perform 3 main stunt groups with a front on each would be a (-1)? (1b) How does the (-2) come into play in this scenario? (1c) How should I determine/ understand numbers and groups to use for stunt choreography? (1a) Yes. Coaches and Officials need to look at the chart this way: 3 stunts groups with 16 people would equal a (-1). HOWEVER, If front spots are used on partner stunts, the judges will subtract 1 point from DOD. This applies to using one front or several. (1b) It essentially wouldn t since there is an overlap, because this team of 16 can technically have a total of 4 people hanging out. It s all based on how many stunts a team can put up legally. Again they just need to understand: what is the minimum groups I need to put up to score in a certain range. (1c) Compete what your squad can perform SAFELY and max out on execution. FAQ - Partner Stunts Questions #2: (2a) A squad of 16 does 5, 3-man extensions with 1 person left over, is this (-1)? (2b) How could you get(-2)? (2a) No, because the squad can Legally put up 5 groups. However, most squads will have to utilize that 16 th person. (2b) By having 16 people and ONLY stunt 4 secondary stunt groups. Secondary Stunt ( 0) 5/ # of Stunt ( 1) Groups ( 2) ( 3) FAQ - Partner Stunts Question #3: (3) On partner stunts do the secondary stunts have to be completed at the same time? (3) Yes or in the same sequence. We need to see what the Squad can do as a whole. If squads share bases, we will never be able to distinguish what they are capable of doing. When you even out the talent, then that s where you can see what the squad can do Question #4: What do I need to double down from to get full points? Any extended stunt. Question #5: Where would my squad of 16 score if they only stunt 2 groups? Your squad would score in the 1-2 range. 8
