Have fun! Play fast, unselfish lacrosse. Work hard, play hard. Be the best teammate possible. Always be accountable. Learn from mistakes, own them but don't dwell on them. Become a better player, person and finally, team, every day. Apply what we learn as lacrosse players and teammates to real world situations. On field success! SEASON GOALS
Coach Jeff Tarnowski (WHS Strength Coach) Build strength and speed. Build self confidence Build team comradery Build healthy living habits Lacrosse players meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after school in the WHS weight room. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Captains practices will continue through the Winter and Spring. Wednesday evenings in the Activities Center Once the weather cooperates, practices will move outside. We will update calendar with practice times and locations ASAP. CAPTAINS PRACTICES
Upcoming Fundraiser: SnapRaise Will commence once teams are formed. Similar to a GoFundMe event. We are kicking off a new fundraiser this year using the Snap! Raise' program that allows us to use the power of the smart phone ( , social media, and text messaging) to quickly raise money for Woodbury Boys Lacrosse. All that is asked of each participant is that they gather 20 or more quality addresses of family, relatives & potential supporters that may be willing to donate to our cause. Your contacts are strictly private & protected; they will simply receive a personalized donation request on behalf of your student during our fundraiser. We really need full participation in order to reach our team goal. By completing these simple steps we will greatly reduce the need to run as many fundraisers as previous years! Thanks for your support! Coach Worwa FUNDRAISING

The coach s suggested items are highlighted on the website. The online store is currently open and will close on February 6th (tomorrow). All orders must be placed during this time.
