10 Seaport Opening Orientation ORIENTATION IS TONIGHT! Date: Monday, October 16 th 2017 Time: 6:00PM 11:00PM Location: Seaport Hotel 1 Seaport Lane Boston, MA **Early is on time, on time is late** Orientation will begin promptly at 6pm! Please arrive early to allot for time for parking and checking in with Seaport management team

11 Orientation Parking Information Any staff members that are driving should self-park under the Seaport Hotel at the Seaport District Parking, located at One Seaport Lane Orientation will be held in the Seaport Ballroom, located on the Mezzanine level of the hotel one floor up from the lobby.

12 OPENING EVENTS Monday, October 30 th - First 250 Bowl Free/Media Day The doors are open! We will give free bowling for a year (2 games & shoes each calendar month) to the first 250 guests who enter the venue! This is a really exciting day and the first time your skills will be put to the test. We ll also host a media preview to show off our beautiful venue, food & beverage to the media. Thursday, November 2 nd Hotel VIP Event Seaport District is packed with big names in the hospitality industry. This will be a red carpet event with a guest list featuring the movers and shakers from surrounding hotels and resorts including upper management and decision makers. Once we re open we rely on these folks to send business our way, so we ll do everything we can to blow them away! Thursday, November 9 th VIP Grand Opening We ll roll out the red carpet again, this time for all of the heavy hitters in the Boston areas. Company Presidents, CEO s, town dignitaries and more will join us for an incredible and memorable event. Expect ice sculptures, aerialists, deluxe food, red carpet and much, much more. This is our chance to announce our arrival with authority! Monday, November 13 th Industry Party This is your night to show off for your industry and hospitality friends! We ll throw an unforgettable party featuring a great DJ, dancing, amazing food and much more. It s your job to invite the best of the best from the industry to start building regulars and making us THE go to industry venue in Seaport!

13 Construction Updates Prepare to be amazed as you watch this venue grow over the next few weeks and rapidly transform into the hottest entertainment complex Seaport has ever seen! The team has spent the weekend cleaning our beautiful venue and it is ready for your arrival!

Manager of The Week This week we would like to introduce to you, Your Executive Kitchen Manager Chef Alex Aguilar Q: Where did you begin your career in the industry?

16 Manager of The Week This week we would like to introduce to you, Your Executive Kitchen Manager Chef Alex Aguilar Q: Where did you begin your career in the industry? A: My first job was at an Israeli called Jerusalem Pita and Grill as a Dishwasher. I quickly grew through the ranks and became a prep cook, then a line cook and took charge of the kitchen in just 2 years. Q: How long have you been with Kings and where did you start at Kings? A: II have been at Kings for 5 years. I started as a line cook in Dedham and worked up to sous chef, then EKM, and now I am opening Seaport at the EKM. Q: Throughout your career, who has been your most memorable mentor and why? A: Roberto Nunes has been my most memorable mentor because he was my former Chef when I began my career with Kings and has taught me everything I know. Q: What is your favorite hobby? A: My favorite hobby is soccer! I love both watching and playing soccer. Q: What is your favorite item on the Kings menu? A: My favorite item on the menu is the Bang Bang Calamari and my favorite dessert is the Oreo Milkshake! Q: What is your favorite gaming option at Kings? A: My favorite game at Kings is pool! I love to play pool with my friends on my days off.

A: The Beehive, The Met Restaurant group, Fire & Ice Q: How long have you been with Kings and where did you start at Kings? A: I have been with Kings since July 06, 2015.

17 Manager of The Week This week we would like to introduce to you, Your General Manager Mr. Leandro Neves Q: Where did you begin your career in the industry? A: I started my career in the industry at the age of 15 at Fire & Ice as a grill cook. Q: Where did you work before Kings? A: The Beehive, The Met Restaurant group, Fire & Ice Q: How long have you been with Kings and where did you start at Kings? A: I have been with Kings since July 06, I started as a Senior Floor Manager in Burlington. Q: Throughout your career, who has been your most memorable mentor and why? A: My most memorable mentor is my friend Dan Beretsky. We worked together at Met restaurant group and he taught me the skills of tending bar. His love for service and obsession with each guest experience was contagious. He knew what each guest seating at his bar was drinking and kept them coming back. Q: What is your favorite form of teamwork? A: My favorite form of teamwork is every guest is my guest. We are all responsible for the guest experience in our venue, no matter who's section their in. Q: What is the best advice you could offer to a new team member? A: Shine on your own, do not worry about what everyone else around you is doing.
