Example: If 25 teams are registered in the Large Varsity Kick Division and 15 teams are registered in the Small Varsity Kick Division, then the Divisions may be split into Small, Medium and Large. Rooming List Change Fee: There will be a $50 charge for any changes made to the room list within 5 weeks of the Event start date. A $50 fee will be charged for each subsequent change submitted. 4 SCHOOL TEAM PERFORMANCE ROUTINE OUTLINE Routines must clearly encompass at least 20 consecutive seconds of all four styles: Jazz, Pom, Kick and Hip Hop. Each style will be judged. Please refer to the NDA School Rule Book for additional information and routine requirements. Please list your routine in chronological order, including an introduction and ending, if applicable. 5 MUSIC DOWNLOAD FORM To ensure a quality projection of sound and unblemished reading of each CD, a digital sound system will be utilized for all performances at the 2015 NDA National Championship. While NDA does not require this process be followed, it is encouraged to avoid mechanical or technical malfunctions that can occur with some CDs on the superior quality sound system used for this event. Your music will be downloaded exclusively for the 2015 NDA National Championship and will be discarded following the conclusion of the championship. If you choose to download your music, in the remote case a malfunction occurs, you will be allowed to perform again. If the malfunction occurs within the first 30 seconds of the routine, you may choose to perform again, and will be given five minutes to regroup. If the malfunction occurs 31 seconds into the routine or beyond, you may choose to perform again, and will be given ten minutes to regroup. If I choose not to download my music and a malfunction occurs with my CD during a performance, I will not have another opportunity to perform again. 6 2015 VIDEO QUALIFICATION This form must accompany your video. Please be sure to check the division for which your team is trying to qualify. Teams should perform a routine displaying their best performance ability. Any of the following categories may be used: Pom/Hip Hop/Kick/Jazz. The routine must adhere to the NDA Rules. Each team will be judged by the same criteria as those teams that competed in the Home Routine Evaluation at Summer Camp. In most cases, you will be notified of your qualification status within two weeks of receipt; please check with NDA to verify receipt. Double check your division accuracy prior to faxing or mailing in your registration. THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS FOR SENDING IN YOUR VIDEO: Mail your video along with this form to NDA National Championship, Video Qualification, 2010 Merritt Dr., Garland, TX Videos must be postmarked by December 8, this completed form and your video to nda.dance.videos@gmail.com.
