All the time coordinating, directing, and practicing paid off with the enjoyable Alice in Wonderland Jr. play performed by many Mickey Cox students. A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the play whether acting, prop making, or stage crew, you made this work. The Mickey Cox wrestlers took part in the 21 st annual Clovis Wrestling Takedown Tournament on Friday, November 17 th. Outstanding wrestlers on the day were Linkin Woolf, Sebastian Preciado, and Sam Chacon. Sam finished the day with a perfect 4-0 record, and Linkin and Sebastian both went undefeated in their 5 matches. Carlos Castillo, Noah Martinez, Jaren Luke, and Dereck Bechtel also had great days, each finishing with 4-1 records. Way to go Cowboys! 1

A-Team Girls basketball games begin at 2:15 and A Team Boys begin at 3:15. Practices are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Academic Probation Lab is Tuesday for students with a GPA below 2.0. Game Day Student Release: Students may only go home with an authorized person as listed on their emergency card if they have completed a release to travel form at the beginning of the fall season. Parents or guardian need to sign their child out with their coach before leaving the school site on AWAY games only. Games may be rescheduled due to air or weather conditions. In the event of poor air quality or bad weather, a decision to cancel the event will be made by 1:00PM on the day of the event and students will be given the opportunity to notify their parents and/or guardians.
