1 Ohio Valley Regional Tournament 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U Divisions Information Packet Fern Creek Babe Ruth Proudly Hosts the Ohio Valley Regional 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U Softball Tournament July Location: Fern Creek Park Ferndale Rd Louisville, KY All teams MUST check in within 24 hours after the qualifying at the State Tournament with: Andrea Witten (Tournament Contact) Admission: Gate admission is $7 for adults and $4 for children ages Tournament passes are $20 for adults and $10 for children age League President, players and coaches are free. The hotel offers over 300 newly renovated guestrooms and suites, an indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center and arcade. 3 Opening Ceremonies July 17th Teams will gather at Fern Creek High School Softball Field o 9115 Fern Creek Rd Louisville, KY o Teams MUST be in full uniform for opening ceremonies. o Once players have been dropped off at this location parents will park at the park and proceed to Fern Creek High School Football field for opening parade. o Opening Ceremonies parking for parents will be at 8703 Ferndale Rd Louisville, KY o Coaches please bring your team binder for check in. 2:00-3:30 Team Photos with Wonder Pics o 2:00 14U and 16U team photos o 2:20 12U team photos o 2:40 10U team photos o 3:00 8U team photos Wonder Pics, the official 2013 OVR Photography Company, will be photographing all teams prior to the parade. In order to avoid delays for everyone involved, please adhere to the following: 1. Designate one person to fill out the Team Picture Form upon arrival. 2. Tuck in shirts and remove sunglasses. 3. Hats - ALL or NONE. 4. Line up your Team by height - no later than YOUR picture time. ONCE YOUR TEAM IS READY, photos will take approximately 5 minutes per team.
