We ask that you do not start moving merchandise until announced. This time varies from year to year and is usually around 6:00pm. I will make announcements and keep you up to date as much as possible. NO vehicles will be allowed up to the building without a pass and until all the horses are out of the arenas for the safety of horse and rider. Any excess amount of trash left in your booth space may result in a cleaning fee. Thank you!.

8 2018 Arabian Horse Show Shipping/Receiving Information The Ups Store will be handling all shipping and receiving for the show again this year. We will start receiving packages on Monday, February 12 th from 9:00am to 3:30pm, hours will be the same Tuesday and Wednesday. Once the show begins on Thursday the 15 th our hours will be 9:00am until approximately 5:00pm so we can make the Overnight Shipping cut off time. The last two days of the show we will stay as late as is needed to help ship out everything. We want to make this as easy as possible for all parties if you have large orders we can work out bulk discounts. If possible for pallets and larger orders prearrangements are appreciated. Prices are as follows. Letters and boxes up to 5lbs will be 5.00 per piece Boxes up to 30lbs will be per piece Boxes over 30lbs will be per piece Pallets per pallet and includes delivery to your booth. All large freight shipments will require the delivery company to have a truck with a lift gate. All packages must be labeled properly!
