4 Membership Eligibility All property owners living within the North Range Metropolitan Districts No. 1 through 5 are Members of the Reunion Recreation Center. In order to verify membership, the RMD requires the following: 1. Property owners provide proof of membership by providing a copy of a deed granting owner fee simple title to a privately owned site. Membership will automatically include all immediate family members under the age of In addition to property owners, those persons whose primary residence is in the Districts (renters of property owners) may have rights to use assigned to them by having completed a copy of the Consent To Tenant form and Renter Information Sheet and returning these forms to the RRC. 3. If a household has adults living within its confines that are over the age of 21 and are not fee simple titleholders to the property, proper identification will be required to validate eligibility for membership privileges. Facility Fees In Addition to the Mandatory Quarterly Recreation Fee Charged by the RMD, the following fees shall apply to daily usage of the Recreation Center and/or Swimming Pool. Resident with ID Card Free Guest with Reunion Resident Single Guest 5.00/day Family Day Pass 10.00/day All guests must be direct family members of a Reunion resident. Non- Reunion Resident 20.00/day Resident Guest Punch Card (10 Visits) Guests must be accompanied by a Reunion resident. No Card Policy A Member may sign-in three times without a membership card within a 6-month period. Each time a Member signs in, his/her computer file will be viewed and it will be noted that the Member signed in. On the fourth time, the Member will be required to purchase a replacement card for $5.00 or present the original membership card. Guests Guests at the RRC must be accompanied by a Member in good standing and have a valid guest pass to enter the facility. Members are responsible for their guest s actions, including but not limited to, any damage to the RRC. In general, each household is limited to no more than 5 guests per day. Any single activity, which will involve more than 5 guests and any other special occasions, must be pre-approved by the appropriate supervisor. ALL GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR MEMBER HOST AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THE RRC. 4

5 Facility Rental Information Reunion Recreation Center and Reunion Parks are a great option for your rental needs. The locations are convenient and the environments are fun and friendly. For comprehensive information regarding facility and park rentals, please stop by the Reunion Recreation Center to pick up a copy of the Facility and/or Park Reservation and Rental Agreement during normal business hours. In order to reserve your desired date and time, a deposit of $100 for single room rental, $300 for multiple room rentals, or $500 for gym, multipurpose room, and aerobics room, must be submitted with a Facility Rental Application at least 10 days in advance. Full payment of the rental fee for the rental period is due at least 7 working days in advance. This camp is designed to encourage and to motivate each individual participant. We will bring it down a notch and focus on conditioning, fat burning as well as proper execution of various exercises. In keeping with the boot camp spirit, a variety of cardio intense exercises will take place as well as abdominal strengthening and stretching. All participants must sign-in at the front desk before entering the pool area. Adult swim is intended for the sole purpose of swimming laps. Participants may not be in the pool area for any other reason. Adult swim may be canceled for unscheduled maintenance purposes and for adverse weather conditions including, but not limited to, high winds, rain, lightning, ambient air temperature (65 degrees or colder), and tornado warnings. This class will introduce students to beginner level hip-hop technique and moves through a mix of studio style hip-hop dance and more traditional techniques like locking and stalls. 15 Ready, Set, Run! April 1-June 19 march 25, 2013 Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30PM Ages 8-13 (Must be 8 by April 1, 2013) Max: 15 Cost: $102 District $107 Non-District Ready, Set, Run! is a program of the National Alliance for Youth Sports. It is a character-building running program that trains boys and girls ages 8-13 to participate in a 5k run. This curriculum-based program equips kids with the physical training and goal-setting mentality needed to accomplish their running goals. Issues like enhancing confidence and self-esteem, respecting authority, dealing with peer pressure and fueling their bodies through proper nutrition are covered during the 12-week session. Above all, kids have a blast seeing what they are capable of achieving! The 5k run will be in June but is TBD. ALL RACE REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDED. Volunteer coaches are needed! All curriculum required to coach is included. A coach will contact you with exact practice days and times as the season gets closer, each team will practice twice a week. Each team will be required to attend 2 tournaments between March 23rd and May 11th, and August 12th and November 2nd held at various locations around the Metro area, to qualify for the State tournaments on May 11th and November 2nd. Minikickers is a new and exciting program that teaches basic soccer skills while developing strength, balance, coordination, listening skills and team work. Our professional, licensed, British coaches will ensure your child has a positive soccer experience. The Minikickers curriculum has been devised by soccer experts, child development professionals, and experienced coaches. Weekly 45 minute soccer classes for a period of 6-12 weeks depending on the host location. Space is limited in each class, so SIGN UP TODAY! Additional tickets will be available to purchase closer to the date of the game. No same team requests will be granted except for the fall season. If there are returning players in the fall, they will be allowed to be on the same team as the spring. The only exceptions will be for siblings (close enough in age) and coaches and their children. They will automatically be placed on the same team. Games will be held on Saturdays. 18 CARA Swim June 3-August 4 Ages 6-10 Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8PM Ages Monday & Wednesday 6:30-8PM Ages 6-14 Max: 30 Cost: $102 District $117 Non-District Participants must be able to swim 25 yards (1 length of pool) without stopping or needing assistance, and be able to rhythmic breath to the side. Participant must also be able to swim 25 yards backstroke staying horizontal without stopping. CARA swim is not intended to be swim lessons. Due to the limited space, please do not register your child if they cannot perform the minimum requirements. Practices will be held Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday evenings depending on the age of the child. Swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in swim meets throughout the summer on Saturdays. Swim meets will be held on Saturday, June 29th at Westbrook, Saturday, July 20th at Commerce City, and Saturday, July 27th at Signal Creek.
