Seeding Meeting Wednesday, Feb. 14 th at 9:00 am at Liberty High School We will meet in the aux. gym. You will need to come to the front office to sign in. Park in the front of the school. Turn at the electronic sign, then take the first right. Use the parking lot that is straight ahead, on the right of the school. The front office is the building in the middle! 2 Directions to Liberty High School (GPS address: 435 Ruhamah Road Liberty, SC 29657) Coming from Greenville on I-85: Take exit # 40 (Highway 153) to Easley. Stay on 153 until it goes over Highway 123 and you will circle around heading to Easley. Stay on Highway 123 thru Easley going towards Clemson. Take Road 27 exit (exit past Liberty, Highway 178). Turn right onto Ruhamah Road (Road 27). LHS will be one mile on the right. Coming from Clemson: From Highway 123, take Road 27 exit (exit past the Central Wal-Mart). Turn left onto Ruhamah Road (Road 27). LHS will be one mile on the right. Coming from Anderson: From Highway 178, turn left onto Ruhamah Road (after the 4 way stop at Hwy 88, then soon after passing the driving range on the right). After crossing Highway 123, LHS will be one mile on the right.

It is our goal to bring you and your team a quality tournament. Enclosed you will find information for you and your team/fans concerning this year s tournament. If at any time you have a question or concern, please feel free to contact me or our athletic director. Our information is below. We will respond as quickly as possible. SCHEDULE: (You will be notified if there are any changes) We will start on time each day, so make sure you are here! Friday, February 17 th Weigh-In 4:00-5:00 Coaches Meeting Hospitality Room 5:00-5:30 Round 1 5:30-7:00 (4 mats/2 gyms) Round 2 Championship 7:00-8:30 (4 mats/2 gyms) Round 1 Consolation 8:30-9:30 (4 mats/2 gyms) Saturday, February 18 th Weigh-In 8:00-9:00 Coaches Meeting Hospitality Room 9:00-9:30 Round 2 Consolation 9:30 (4 mats/2 gyms) Championship Semi-Finals (4 mats/2 gyms) Lunch Break Round 3 Consolations (4 mats/2 gyms) Consolation Semi-Finals (3 mats/main gym) Consolation Finals / Championship Finals (2 mats/ main gym) Entry Fee: $ Invoice on SCHSL website on AA Handbook tab-- send to AA Conference now, if you have not already done so! Admission: $6.00 per day. Concessions will be available during both days. We will have a space for food and drinks for teams in the hallway behind the main gym. We will furnish tables and each team will be assigned a table. Team coolers will be allowed

4 in the hallway at team tables ONLY. There will be someone to check in your team cooler when you enter. No other coolers will be allowed in. Please make your athletes parents aware of this! Please make sure that your fans and parents know that they will not be permitted to sit and watch the matches anywhere except in the bleachers that are designated for the fans. If they want to take pictures, they will be allowed to go no farther than the barriers that will be set up at the edge of the mats. If they approach the barriers to take pictures, they will not be allowed to camp out there. They will be given time to take pictures and then they will be expected to return to the bleachers. Only coaches, trainers, wrestlers, officials, and table workers will be allowed beyond the barriers. Certified Trainers will be available for assistance. Schools should bring their own tape, pre-wrap, other medical supplies! A hospitality room will be provided for coaches, trainers, officials, and table workers only. Please help us with this! On Friday, spaghetti will be available for supper, a continental breakfast will be provided on Saturday morning and pizza will be provided during the lunch break. The hospitality room will be located in a room off of the back hallway of the athletic wing. This is where the coaches meetings will take place. Since the A - AA Upper State is a qualifying tournament for individuals; no team scores will be kept. Please park your bus in the parking lots at the front of the school. Enter at the electronic sign and take the first right. The gym is the building on the right. Cars and other passenger vehicles should park in the student parking lot at the back. (There is handicap parking in the front or back of the school.) 5 Hotel Information (from Liberty High School) A-AA Upper State Individual Wrestling Tournament February 16 th -17th, 2017 You will be guaranteed to book at these rates through February 16, 2017 as long as rooms are available When calling to reserve rooms, please mention that you are with the Upper State Wrestling Tournament. These rates are good for schools and parents. All hotel rates are based on up to 4 per room. All of these hotels are on Highway 123. (Liberty HS is only one mile off of Highway 123) There are multiple fast food places near all of them!
