We are excited to have such a large amount of competitors and hope that each of you enjoys your time at Dynamyx. As you cheer on your athlete be sure to remember the team spirit throughout the gym and be respectful to all those going out to do their BEST. Thanks must go out to all our volunteers who contribute many hours to make this event a success. To our sponsors, we are grateful to your commitment to support not only Dynamyx, but also the girls who commit to multiple hours in training each week. Move to right lane and turn Right at Boudreau. Head East on Boudreau and move to left lane and make a left turn onto Carnegie Drive. On Carnegie Drive continue north and turn at the first right onto Chisholm Ave. We are located halfway down the street on the North side of street. 4 It is very important you arrive one half hour earlier than your first scheduled event. This will ensure you are on time for the warm-up and March-in. Main Doors will open at 8 am on Saturday, May 26 th Please be patient as we prepare the finishing touches. First warm up is at 8:30 am in Session 1 on Saturday, May 26 th As there are limited parking spaces available. We ask that you respect the signs posted in front of other neighbouring businesses and park only in those designated as a Sweetheart Parking Spot and Dynamyx parking. You may also park on Chisholm Avenue as well. Please review diagram below. Red indicates no parking due to neighbouring businesses operating. Yellow select parking Green parking is permitted. Blue is may be available. Respect all Bay doors that state NO PARKING

5 Adults: $6.00 Seniors & Students $4.00 Children 5 and under FREE All admission includes a wristband. YES! Small bills are a good choice and appreciated. We have NO debit machines onsite. Please do not ask the table to make change as we have limited amounts. There are bank machines located at the Apex Casino nearby and the Servus Centre to the north that will charge you a small service fee for usage. Please see first map. As with most non-profit Gymnastics Clubs, we will be holding a: 50/50 Raffle for each Session - 1 for $2 or 3 for $5 Bodysuit Bingo for each Session - $2 each guess. We will have a concession available to the public. Taco-in-a-bag, Hotdogs, assorted beverages, and a variety of snacks will be available for purchase. Coffee will be ready first thing in the morning. Assorted Menu of food, snacks and beverages will be available. Open arrival, athletes can check-in near the Admissions table. All athletes will be provided a snack and gift Athletes using the competitive change rooms are asked to not bring anything of value. Coaches and Judges will share the Dance room for all meals and meetings. Please ensure you do not leave valuables in the room. For those with allergies, we try our best to provide suitable choices, but it is recommended to come prepared.

6 LIVE RESULTS LINK Advance Rec. will be adjudicated on execution and form. Participants will receive written comments for each event on their certificate as well as a ribbon indicating their achievement. Coaches will be briefed on awarding of results at the coaches meeting. Ribbons will be awarded for each event RED: 9.00 or above BLUE: 8.00 to 8.99 WHITE: below 8 These will be attached to the athlete s certificate at the judges table. This follows the new general guidelines presented by AGF for JO 1-3 ALL AROUND MEDALS will also be presented as a total of all four events as follows: GOLD or above SILVER BRONZE below The Certificates will be presented at the awards ceremony.
