Each year the Brooklyn Cyclones Beach Bums have enhanced the overall fan experience by infusing energy, enthusiasm, personality and enjoyment to each home game at MCU Park. This elite team of entertainers strives to bring quality dance performances to fans both on and off the field. In addition to their work at the ballpark, they serve as ambassadors for the organization and have a strong presence in the Brooklyn community. 2 Requirements Must be 18+ and a High School graduate. Prior dance experience. Professional or sports related experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to attend 2-3 rehearsals per week (full schedule will be shared with the final team). Must be able to attend at least 25 of the 38 home games. Willing and able to attend promotional appearances & community events. Must have reliable transportation to and from rehearsals, games, promotional appearance and community events. Must be willing to drive/travel around the New York, Queens and Brooklyn areas. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Performing dance routines and cheers during Brooklyn Cyclones home games. Handing out promotional giveaways both before AND after each home game. Assisting with on-field promotions and contests. Interacting with fans, taking photos & signing autographs. Representing the Cyclones at outside appearances & community events. Throwing t-shirts, selling in game charity raffle tickets, selecting contestants for on field contests, assisting with the summer dance clinic, etc. AUDITION ATTIRE Fitted dance attire. Dance shorts, tights, tank, sneakers or jazz shoes. No belly shirts or sports bras. Your attire should be a reflection of your personality, have fun with it! Arrive in full hair and makeup. Overall appearance should be neat and performance ready. APPLICATION CHECKLIST Completed 2016 Beach Bums Audition Application. Applicants must submit a non-returnable, recent, COLORED headshot for identification purposes (black and white headshots will not be accepted). Applicants must submit a resume. Applicants must submit a copy of their birth certificate. Applicants must submit the signed 2016 General Release Waiver. We strongly recommend that applicants be pre-registered and submit their applications no later than Monday April 25, 2016.

6 EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, EXCULPATORY AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY I,, have been invited to participate in the Beach Bum Auditions on Saturday, April 30th at MCU Park (the Event ). I understand and agree that I am participating in the Event at my own risk, and that neither Brooklyn Baseball Company, L.L.C. nor any of the Releasees (as defined below) will be responsible for any injury that might occur as a result of my participating. I understand that entering the field and participating in the Event pose significant risks of physical injury, including but not limited to the risk of being struck by balls, bats, and other objects. I have advised Brooklyn Baseball Company, L.L.C. that I willingly accept and assume responsibility for all such risks, and I agree to release and hold harmless Brooklyn Baseball Company, L.L.C. and the Releasees set forth herein from any liability for any type of personal injury, including death, or property damage that I might sustain as a result of this Event. I understand that this is the only basis upon which I would be permitted to participate in the Event. Accordingly, in consideration of receiving permission to participate in and be present at the Event, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, legatees, distributees, administrator, executor, successors, assigns, and any similar persons, do hereby fully release and discharge Brooklyn Baseball Company, L.L.C., Sterling Mets, L.P., and each of their respective owners, partners and affiliates, and all members, partners, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, consultants, licensees, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing, and the City of New York (with all of the foregoing referred to collectively herein as the Releasees ) from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) (with all of the foregoing referred to collectively herein as Claims ) related directly or indirectly to bodily injury, including death, illness, or damage to personal property incurred by me related in any way to my participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This is a complete and irrevocable release of liability and waiver. Without limitation of the foregoing, my release and waiver of the Claims against the Releasees extends to any claim brought by other persons on my behalf, or on their own behalf based on their relationship to me. I further agree not to sue or assert a claim of any sort against any of the Releasees for or in connection with any Claims I may have that are released or waived herein.
