Big Meadows will be celebrating National Nursing Home Week with a Country Western theme. Please join us in celebrating our appreciation for Big Meadows. 2 Savanna s River City Reader Page 2 Big Meadows Highlights On Saturday April 16th, we finally had Big Meadows Annual Easter Egg Hunt! We had a delay due to weather conditions, but on that Saturday the weather could not have been any better. Residents and staff helped fill over 10,000 Easter eggs for the children to find. Below are pictures from that lovely day.

On Wednesday, April 20th we had a visit from the Furry Friends Traveling Petting Zoo. We always love our visits from Furry Friends and the animals are always able to put smiles on our residents faces. We will be holding a 102nd birthday party for Mae Robbe on May 22nd from 2pm to 3:30pm. Everyone is invited to come and join us. We are still collecting bottle tops to build a bench for the Connections Unit Courtyard.
