2 Membership Information Packet Welcome to the 2018 Jaguar Baseball Team. On behalf of the Flower Mound High School Baseball Booster board, we look forward to the season ahead and getting to know our new players and parents, as well as renewing friendships with our returning parents and players. Included in this Membership Information Packet are documents we need you to review, fill out, and bring to Membership Orientation Day, as well as key information and dates to note and put on your calendar. 1. Membership Orientation Day January 27th We look forward to seeing you all at Membership Orientation Day on Saturday, January 27th. At Membership Orientation Day, you will be able to declare your membership level for the year, purchase spirit wear, player spirit ads, player yard signs, and make required player purchases. Also, you will sign up for concessions shifts, purchase Meet the Jags Night tickets, and complete a check-out form to pay for your purchases. Once again, Membership Orientation Day takes place on Saturday, January 27th in the FMHS Indoor Practice Facility and will run according to the following times and yes, your player is welcome to attend: Senior parents at 2:30 p.m. 3:00 p.m. Junior parents at 3:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m. Sophomore parents at 3:30 p.m. 4:00 p.m. Freshman parents at 4:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. Please note, when signing up for Concessions duties, we ask that each family sign up for four (4) shifts. If you choose to buy out of your concessions assignment, the cost will be $ Meet the Jags Night February 3 rd We also look forward to our annual fundraising dinner and event Meet the Jags Night on Saturday, February 3 rd from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., dinner at 7:00. The celebration will begin with a festive fajita buffet complete with all the fixings from Fresco s Mexicana. Lots of fun and chances to win incredible prizes from generous donations from the Jags Baseball community featured in a raffle, silent auction, live auction! Highlight of the night will be the introduction of the 2018 FMHS Baseball coaches, players and teams for the 2018 season. Tickets for Meet the Jags Night can be purchased at our Membership Orientation Day on January 28 th and are $20 each for adults, $15 for FMHS students, & $10 for children under the age of 12 ($25, $20, & $15 at the door respectively). Players are FREE! The night promises to be a fun and exciting time to celebrate the new season and introduce our players to the community and Jaguar Baseball fans. 3. Picture Day February 11 th All teams will have Picture Day on Sunday, February 11 th. Picture Day will take place at various locations at Flower Mound High School both outdoor and indoor.
