3 PHOTO & AD INFORMATION Each year MDT publishes an annual souvenir program for the recital. All ads and photos are in black and white. All ads will be formatted by the printer to ensure consistency. Use a separate form for each photo/ad submission. All ads must be typed to ensure accuracy. Checks should be made payable to MDT Miss Jaune will select the photograph that is printed in the program. All Ad and Photo sales are final. Errors, whether due to the student, their guardians, the staff or the printer, are not the responsibility of MDTNO and no refunds or exchanges are given. Please turn in photo and ad forms with your full payment to the front desk by April 30. PHOTO SPACE Photo space may be purchased in the souvenir recital program. A quarter of a page is $70 and a full page photo is $200.

12 GREETINGS Looking for the perfect way to tell your young dancer just how proud you are of him or her? Take out an ad in the recital program! Personal Ads are a wonderful way to convey that special message. Ads can be placed by parents, grandparents, relatives and friends, too. You can even combine a business ad with a message of good luck for your favorite dancer. See samples at the front desk. Ad space is available in the program for special greetings or advertisements. These photo times are approximate and there are no guaranteed appointment times. Please sign in at the desk with Miss Joan immediately upon arrival on your photo date. All photos must be taken on these dates - there are no make-up times. Students may wear their hair in any style for pictures. If your child is wearing ballet slippers for the photo, they should be knotted with the strings tucked in vs. tied in a bow. Please consult the March newsletter for tight and shoe information. TICKETS Tickets will not be distributed until all balances for the season are paid in full. Each member of the family must have a ticket. Dancers must also have a ticket. No children will be allowed to sit on parents' laps. Anyone two years or older must have a ticket to get into the show. All parents must have a ticket to enter the auditorium. Parents are not allowed to watch from backstage. When a student is not performing, she/he must be seated with her/his parents in the theatre during the show. We may have additional seats available. If you require additional tickets, please inform Miss Joan. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may any parent / guardian / guest reserve seats for the recital using coats, purses or imitation / counterfeit labels during the tech rehearsal or before the house opens for the performance. All items in the house will be removed by the house staff before the doors open. Our reserved seating fundraiser defrays the cost of the recital for all families. It keeps our recital fees low and each family is a direct beneficiary of this program. Inability to comply, tampering with or blatant disregard for MDTNO S reserved seat policies may result in termination from the recital and from the school. CREDENTIALS ARE NOW REQUIRED TO ENTER THE HOUSE DURING THE TECH REHEARSAL. NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE DURING THE TECH WITHOUT CREDENTIALS. YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE BY THE THEATRE STAFF.
