8 From the Director s Chair From the Director's Chair - October 22, 2017 Dear High Risers, Tonight as I am writing this letter to you I have such gratitude in my heart. Ladies we need to be so thankful for this business opportunity that we each have been given. If you are wanting to grow your business I would suggest the following: 1. Have a good image on the outside. 2. Also have even a better image on the inside. Work on your hang ups...don't be dwelling on the negative. Take action on your dreams...action BRINGS CONFIDENCE. Work on being good at CONVERSATIONAL BOOKING...tell everyone what you do...don't make them guess! 3. Be professional. Be on time and a woman of your word. Do what you say you are going to do. 4. Learn to take direction...have honesty, confidence and belief in what you are doing. 5. RISK...risk your ego and disapproval. Be consistent and be persistent. Tenacious means holding firm rather than being "wishy washy". 6. Give compliments...care ABOUT OTHERS. 7. Pray and give God the glory and thanks for this business. 8. We need to be intentional.
