2 2011 Bay Area Praise Dance Conference How do I or my ministry register for the conference? *Complete the attached conference registration form on Page 5. Each participant must complete his/her own form and minors must have their parent/guardians complete and sign their form. *For your registration form, please list your personal information (i.e. address, , etc) rather than the personal information of your leader/director. *Enclose money order or cashier s check payable to Ross Dance Company. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. *Mail all forms and payments to: Ross Dance Company, PO Box 11311, Oakland, CA *In order to receive the early registration discount, your envelope must be postmarked by April 10, 2011 *Praise Leaders: If you are bringing your ministry we strongly encourage you to send your forms and payment in one envelope WHAT should I bring to the conference? *Dance attire/athletic wear. Please do not wear jeans or clothes that you can not move in *Shoes that you can comfortable dance in *Lots and lots of water *Your own lunch or money to purchase lunch *Notebook and pen *Spending money for conference shirts, festival tickets, and other merchandise *$5-7 for parking for the parking lot across the studio location WHO do I contact if I have questions? * Ross Dance at or info@rossdance.com 2

3 2011 Praise Dance Festivals Are you looking for an opportunity to spread the gospel through the community? Currently we are looking for praise dance groups and individuals to minister in our 3 rd annual Bay Area Praise Dance Festival and our 1 st annual Sacramento Praise Dance Festival. If you are interested please complete the festival application and send a VHS, DVD, or a web link of your group performing the piece you would like to minister in the festival. If you have not yet choreographed the routine include a VHS, DVD or a website link of a past performance. Groups that receive our audience voter s choice award will receive a $200 cash prize to go towards their ministry. How do I apply for the festival? *Complete the attached praise dance festival application *Enclose your application fee of $10 in the form or a money order or cashier s check payable to Ross Dance Company. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. *Mail application and payment to: Ross Dance Company, PO Box 11311, Oakland, CA *Once group participation is confirmed, please mail a $5 participation fee for each performer no later than 15 days prior to the festival *Application deadline for the Bay Area Praise Dance Festival and Sacramento Praise Dance Festival is May 13, All applications must be postmarked by this date. Vendors & businesses For the conference and festivals we are looking to partner with vendors and businesses that specialize in praise dance products (i.e. garments, flags, props, etc.) If you would to like participate as a vendor please complete the vendor registration form.
