2 For Dancers Only Dancer s Tights and Shoes In order to purchase the same color stock, and insure that all dancers legs look alike on Stage, all dancers must order their tights from the same company FieldCrest will order all dance tights. For your convenience, we will also order your required shoe. Order shoes ASAP. 3 For Models Only FieldCrest s Annual Luncheon and Fashion Show Georgios in Orland Park 8800 West 159 th Street Orland Park, IL Saturday, April 14, 2018 Lunch: 12:00pm ~ Fashion Show: 1:00pm Donation: $40.00 FC Students: $36.00 Each student is required to sell at least one table of ten We require all FC students to dine with their family and friends We require guest to dress in business attire or business casual Reserved seating ~ A Seating Chart will be available, and tickets go on sale JANUARY 6 th RESERVE THE BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE ~ Table 3,4,5,7,14,15,22,24,26,28 To reserve a table of 10, pay for 5 seats in advance. Do not lose your held table All reserved tables must be paid in full by Sat. March 17 th Final Ticket Payment due: Sat. March 24 th Each family is responsible for $396 or one table of ten. Your FC model sits in one of your seats

Tickets will be collected by the waiters Last day for Ads - March 24 th Rehearsal at FieldCrest April 11 th 6pm On Location Rehearsal April 12 th 5pm to 7pm The On-location rehearsal is important and final Whatever shoe your child is going to use to walk on the runway, should be worn at this rehearsal. The instructors will run the show once from beginning to end. Be on time so that you will not miss any of your scenes. This is not a dress rehearsal Reminder: After the fashion show students will return to their regular classes to prepare for their June fashion show/ stage performance Kelly s Diary On the Day of the Fashion Show proceed to Georgios for make-up application Professional Makeup Artists will apply makeup according to instructor s request. Make up will be done upstairs in the Guest Suite. Make up application appointment time: see below Class Teens Children/Tots Make Up Application Time 10:00am 10:30am F.Y.I. All child models require one dresser backstage to assist them with their changes After makeup application return to banquet hall to dine with guests After lunch and before desert models will be called backstage to: A] Dress for your first scene B] Line up

Hair: Smooth back into a low bun. No hair ornaments Makeup: Applied at home. Bring lipstick for touchups only Costume straps will need safety pins. Pants may need safety pins Performance bag should include: bobby pins, safety pins, brush, etc Not allowed: Jewelry and underpants. Tights are to be worn in every scene Tots may come to the show in costume. Parents do not forget to pick up your tot backstage during intermission so that they may enjoy the rest of the show. Tot parents will be given a special pickup ticket.
