Because of your program s dedication to the positive growth of All Star Cheerleading, and your outstanding reputation, motivation, and achievements within the All Star competition season, The All Star Games would like to personally invite your program to attend the World s only International Aerial Sports competition. 3 Opening Ceremonies Aerial Sports all seem to have one thing in common, beyond the competition and athleticism, there is an aspect of performance that drives spectators crazy! The impetus behind the Opening Ceremonies is to elevate these sports, transforming the competition into a world class performance. The opening ceremonies is also a chance for you to see aerial athletes from around the globe elevate their competitive skills into a creative performance. Combined with World class circus acts and the Athletes of The Games - The live performance reflects a positive message of inspiration through creativity and aerial art. Be sure to arrive early--seating for advanced tickets will begin at 6:15pm on Friday night for a 7:00pm start time. Last year we sold out and we expect to this year as well.

4 spectator packages This year access to the spectator packages at The Mandalay Bay will be opened to the programs that register their athletes first. The all inclusive package pricing is below based off the number of people per room. Please note that at least one person in every room must be over the age of 18: Mandalay Bay Package - SPECTATOR PRICING PER PERSON Quad Triple Double Standard 3 Night $396 $529 $790 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) Standard 4 Night $435 $581 $868 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights) Additional Nights $60 $80 $120 A Quad room is 4 occupants to a room, Triple is 3 people, and Double is 2 people. If you choose to stay with less than 4 people, or for more than 3 nights, then the additional charges will apply. Rates for additional nights are for 2 days before the competition and 2 days after. Additional days outside of these days are available at Mandalay Bay s quoted rates. This ALL INCLUSIVE package includes: Your stay at The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Entry to both days of The All Star Games competition Your Ticket into the Opening Ceremonies on Friday night. Many parents ask if they can stay with their athlete while in Vegas. The answer is: Of course! The ATHLETE RATE for MANDALAY BAY is $ for the competition at a 3 night Quad occupancy. If you choose to room with your athlete for additional days or in a triple or double occupancy there will be additional per athlete charges, which will be paid by the spectator during the booking process.

Below you will find the Online pre-sale prices available ONLY during the dates listed. Online Pre-Sale Entry Prices: $125 for Opening Ceremonies and entry to the competition for both days. $ 85 for Opening Ceremonies and entry to the competition for one day. $ 45 for one day entry into the competition. Pre-Sale tickets are available January 1 - March 16, 2018 You will be able to pick-up your pre-purchased entry at the All Star Games will-call booth at the Mandalay Bay starting Friday morning and throughout the weekend. Tickets for Opening Ceremonies and entry into the competition will be available for purchase at the door during the event at an increased rate. Please be aware space and seating are limited, so it s best to purchase entry in advance to ensure your place at Opening Ceremonies!

6 Venue and Travel The major airport in Las Vegas is the McCarran International Airport. Domestic flights arrive at terminals 1 and 3. You will need to provide your own transportation to the hotel. There are many easily available forms of public transportation in and round Vegas including designated waiting areas for taxis and shuttles. This will be The All Star Games third year in the World class Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. We are proud to have grown into this prestigious venue where all the luxuries that Las Vegas has to offer are at your fingertips. The All Star Games competition will be held at the new Mandalay Bay convention halls. In 2016, we were one of the first events to be held in the new space with nothing but rave reviews from athletes and spectators alike. The caliber of event that you are going to experience is now matched with a beautiful state-of-the art arena. Check-In times for Mandalay Bay are: Check-In: 3:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM Although many staffers will be on hand for the arrival of guests from all over the world, please make sure there is sufficient time to attend the notto-be-missed Opening Ceremonies on Friday, April 6th, at 7pm.

7 Registration Process Our on-line process for purchasing a spectator package or purchasing entry will make getting to The Games easier than ever. Once teams are registered spectators can enter in their program code and choose and pay for rooming while selecting the athletes that will room with them as well. Because Las Vegas requires at least one person over the age of 18 in every room--chaperones can easily choose which athletes will be in their room as well as add other spectators or coaches. Please note that Online Registration (which now includes jacket sizes) must be completed by the gym for all attending athletes by November 10th to guarantee jackets available at The Games. The All Star Games events all have one thing in common--they are aerial sports where athletes and performers leave the ground under their own power. But beyond that, events at The Games must believe in evolution, creativity, and performance. The events at The Games are intended to inspire each other--ultimately our goal is to have all these aerial sports influence one another by competing under one roof.
