5 BUMP, SET, SPIKE, COMPETE Youth Coed Volleyball: Developing Skills of the Game YMCA OF THE FOX CITIES October 27 December 14, 2018 Youth Coed Volleyball, Developing Skills of the Game, will continue to develop the basic fundamentals learned in the Skills and Drills League, as well as more advanced strategies related to game like situations and overall to become more successful, more confident and continue to enjoy the game of Volleyball at a young age. YMCA Member - $44 General Public - $71 League Information: - Players who didn t participate in the Skills and Drills League are required to attend a one day training to learn the basic fundamentals that were taught. It will be on Thursday, October 25 from 5:30-7:00 PM at the Neenah-Menasha YMCA for all participants signed up. - The season will begin on Saturday, October 27 and will give players an opportunity to meet other players as well as the coaches. Following the practice will be a short parent meeting. Grades 3-4 will be 8:30-10:00 AM and Grades 5-6 will be 10:30 AM-12:00 PM at the Appleton YMCA. - After October 27, all teams will practice one night a week at the location in which you sign up for and options are listed above. There will be no practices the week of November Family Fun Night will be held on Friday, December 14 at the Appleton YMCA. All teams from their respective Y will come together for a tournament to end the season, 5:00-9:00 PM.
