1 The 37 th Chinese Control Conference(CCC2018) Final Announcement July 25-27, 2018, Wuhan, China The 37 th Chinese Control Conference (CCC2018) will be held on July 25-27, 2018 in Wuhan, China. The Chinese Control Conference, initiated by the Technical Committee on Control Theory (TCCT) of Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), is an international academic conference on control theory and its applications, with an aim to provide a forum for the international community of systems and control to discuss the latest findings and advances in control theories and technologies. The CCC2018 features plenary talks, panel discussions, invited sessions, pre-conference workshops, oral sessions and poster sessions etc. for academic exchanges. Chinese and English work as the official languages of the conference. The conference proceedings have been included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex since We sincerely welcome our colleagues worldwide to join us for this conference. Hotel Reservation (1) Reservation The opening time of the hotel reservation system is arranged as follows: May 10-25, we give priority to the registered participants to use the system; From May 26 on, all participants are available to the hotel reservation system. To inquire about the booking process, please visit the link There are two reservation ways provided by the East Lake Hotel (location of the Wuhan East Lake International ) and by the Ctrip Hotels respectively. 1) Reservation of the East Lake Hotel Please log into the reservation system of the East Lake Hotel and follow the instructions for reservation. 2) Reservation of the Ctrip Hotels Please log into reservation system and click the entrance link of the CCC2018 exclusive system provided by Ctrip. By booking the hotels through Ctrip, the participants will be given preferential prices as well as high-quality service of the hotels. In addition, during the conference, the Organizing Committee will provide free shuttle buses to take the participants to the venue in the morning and bring them back in the evening. Instruction for Oral and Poster Presentations (1) Oral Presentation Oral Presentation Time: 20 minutes (including discussion); Each speaker is required to meet his/her session chairs in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slides to the computer; Each session room is equipped with a projector and a PC (with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF Reader). Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fonts and symbols. (2) Poster Presentation The conference will provide an exhibition board (width 0.9m, height 1.2 m) for each poster paper. The boards will be arranged in the order of the papers in the final program. Tape and other materials will be provided on site, and volunteer-assistants will provide necessary help. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart. SCIS-CCC Poster Paper Award is continued in the CCC2018. Detailed principles for the award can be found at the conference website ( and During your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting colleagues. The members of the Evaluation Committee of CCC Poster Paper Award will also be there to inspect poster papers. The authors, who do not poster their papers at their poster sessions and/or do not stay by their poster paper, will be considered as No Show. 5.
