2 NFPC Sponsorship Brochure 2018 Welcome to our club Members, friends, local businesses and organisations are invited to sponsor a range of Tournaments held throughout our summer season, from one of the Big Four to one of our domestic cups. As well as our beautiful New Forest Polo ground situated at New Park in Brockenhurst, Hampshire. The home of the annual New Forest Show. Tournaments are held at the club from May to September on most weekends with a lively mix of home team matches and visiting clubs engaging in competitive horsemanship, making for a thrilling spectacle best observed from our Clubhouse set against the wonderful backdrop of the New Forest. On the day General admission for all spectators is 10 per car payable once in the ground. All playing and social memberships carry free admission with a specified number of these car passes included with sponsorship packages. At some of our larger Tournaments spectators can buy produce and goods from local vendors, enjoy pre match entertainment, game play explanations, demonstrations and more. II

3 What makes it perfect for you Polo is not only a great sport to watch but also a wonderful day out enjoyed by all. So sponsoring a day s match or a weekend tournament is a great way to mark a special celebration, either personal or corporate, a chance to invite another club to enter a team for a tournament, or just to bring family and friends together to watch this amazing equestrian sport. As a business owner you can hold a VIP event to thank your colleagues and employees for their hard work, to entertain your clients and business associates and enjoy relaxed networking, to promote your business or organisation, raise your brand awareness or host a day in aid of your favourite charity. Our Clubhouse café Bongusta@NFPC is available for food and refreshments each and every weekend and offers special catering by arrangement. This can be either a sit down meal or picnic hampers provided for our sponsors, for corporate events or your special occasions. The clubhouse is also licensed for the sale of alcohol. We also offer corkage should you wish to supply your own alcoholic beverages. 4 NFPC Sponsorship Brochure 2018 Tournament Sponsor 2018 from 250 As our Tournament Sponsor you will have presenting rights to the tournament of your choice. New Forest Polo Club operates a number of professional and domestic tournaments of various goal rankings (the level of the play) that you can choose from. You will have access to our VIP pitch side gazebos during your chosen weekend and also will participate in the award ceremonies at the end of the final match. A ticket package for your attending VIP guests will also be made available. Your sponsorship includes: Club House access for you and your guests on the day(s) of your scheduled tournament (catering and arrangements additional). Being positioned as tournament sponsor as part of NFPC tournament promotions across all print and platforms. Field-side and prize giving banner placement (sponsor provided). Public address announcements of tournament sponsorship. Pre-game polo rules and play explanation from an expert. Any additional features required and supplied by sponsor (subject to pony welfare). Presentation of Trophy, Best playing pony, MVP with photo opportunity. 2 Social memberships & Car pass. IV

6 NFPC Sponsorship Brochure 2018 Ground Sponsor This seasonal sponsorship package provides your business with recognition over the entire polo season. No other direct competitor of your company will be invited to sponsor at the NFPC during your tenure as our Ground Sponsor. It includes your own advertisement board displayed on the Clubhouse throughout the 2018 playing season and your business or organisation logo and web links listed in the NFPC Handbook 2018 and in the NFPC Programme, as well as links on our Social media platforms and an overview article displayed on our club website. Your sponsorship includes: Sole logo prominently displayed on electronic scoreboard. Also on entrance board to Polo ground - attractively visible during the New Forest Show. 7 Friend of the Club Show your support for our club through your donation to one of our annual club renovation projects. Being a truly Amateur Club run by the players for the players we are very much hands on with a lot of the upkeep and maintenance of our ground and facilities By becoming a Friend of the Club you will be helping fund one of the many projects we undertake each year to make New Park a safe and inviting place to spend the summer season. Each year we plan and action one to two maintenance projects, ensuring all who enjoy the wonderful atmosphere that being in the Forest brings can continue doing so Projects New Pony Lines & Toilet Block Your sponsorship includes: A warm mention in the Club Annual Handbook and renovation project feature on website.
